To start things off, the customer service here is excellent! I was rear-ended and insurance recommend I take my car here so of course I was skeptical at first but my experience was nothing but positive! I easily set an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday. Upon arriving, we reviewed damages together and they arranged to have Enterprise pick me up. I worked primarily with Mike and he was wonderful, very professional, friendly, and listened to my concerns with repair. He stayed in touch during the week , giving regular updates, and they even finished my car earlier than expected. The work is fantastic, my car looks brand new! I was very pleased with their accomodating customer service and body work. I plan on recommending Caliber Collision to everyone I know.

The most important thing first; the work here is top notch. Ive been driving for 50 years now and have been in a few bumper benders and have sadly seen some shoddy work. But these guys are great.
