So on May 11th 2013 I purchased a used Mustang GT Convertible, 2000 model year. The car had 105,000 miles on it, was in ok shape, needed a top, but most of all it needed paint work. The previous owner, took a rattle car (Spray paint) to black out the decklid panels, and spray stripes on the car. The job was very poor, and while he claims to have not sanded the car prior to rattle canning it, it was baked into the finished. So my original budget was $1,200 to restore the body. It had its normal scratches and parking lot zombie population door dings, but the RH 1/4 panel had some rust forming near the wheel well. After getting exorbitant prices to restore the finish, I opted to at least try the local Maaco. Now we have all heard the horror stories when it comes to Maaco. However, I am a firm believer a shop is only as good as the folks who work at it and the pride they take in their work. I walked in and spoke with the owner. Told him my budget and showed him the car. it required about 4-5 hours of body work, plus stripping, then repaint. The estimate came in at $1,300 for Base Coat Clear Coat, including the fixes. After looking over cars fresh out of the booth I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger and do the deal. This wasnt your word of mouth Maaco hack job, these cars looked good. After speaking with the owner and the techs, they knew the issues with the Maaco name, you take the name you get all the good and bad that goes with it. However, they were determined to take this car and transform it. I Left the car that day, and every day I returned taking pictures of progress. As of Saturday, June 1st it was painted and waiting reassembly of trim and lights. I couldnt believe it was the same car. I have showed folks pictures I have taken of the car from start to finish, and some scoffed at my choosing Maaco, others were shocked at the quality of the work. Is it factory perfect? No... when you reshoot an entire car you will not get factory perfect. But it is a massive improvement over what it was, and imperfections are minimal while looking over the entire body for a solid 45 minutes I noted 2 imperfections and those were only noticeable because I work in QA and have an eye for this stuff. The average person wouldnt have caught it. All in all it was $1,303.00 well spent and made this old convertible look young and great all over again. For pictures you can email me google+ friend me and I will be happy to share.

The original paint on my 2008 Kia Optimas hood has been peeling for the past 9 months or so. Due to some drastic changes in my lifestyle, I didnt have the time to have this problem addressed. Now its June, and its peeled horrifically. On top of that, the paint on the side mirrors have recently started bubbling up. I called the Hatboro Maaco and spoke to the owner, Mr. Akram Rihawi. He said that if I had my car in early in the morning, hed have it finished for me by the end of the day. I didnt have a ride back home this morning, so I packed a lunch and brought my laptop & notes so that I could study all day while waiting for my car to be serviced. Mr. Rihawi won me over twice today. First, he was kind enough to give me a lift back home this morning after dropping off my car. He then won me over with completing my car by the end of the day like he said he would! The paint job is perfect! The paint color matches the rest of my car, and its absolutely beautiful! My car has been restored to her former glory. And the price was perfectly reasonable, to boot! I commend Mr. Akram Rihawi and his crew for their services today. I strongly recommend anyone in the area to consider giving the Hatboro Maaco a shot!

Maaco of Habboro is owned by Akram Rihawi and his attention to detail and genuine love of restoration of cars to their original look has transformed my 10 year old Honda to new again. My paint was literally peeling off the car and it was either get a new car or try to fix this one. The critical difference between this Maaco location and all the others out there is that the person looking at your car and giving you an estimate is the person who will actually be working on your car - and knows what he is talking about. Other locations really did not care about my car or what I personally needed or did not really need, they just ran it like any other business. They could have been selling anything. I instantly could tell that Akram knew what he was talking about and was actually interested in returning my car to her beautiful self. He took off years of living in Philly and playing bumper cars from parking on the street, replaced the H stolen off my car and stripped off the remaining paint and totally redid the whole car. It looks awesome and I plan to drive it for at least another 5 years. I got the best deal on the block as it looks like a new car again! Thanks Akram!

I had my whole car repainted! I had minor problems with rust spots on my 2001 E430 Mercedes Benz and that was all there was, minor rust spots. I didnt want to wait until they be came major so I took my Benz to Maaco to have these problems addressed before the rust starts to spread. I have seen older model Mercedes and spoken with other owners and we all love our automobiles but the common problem has been rust. The cars run very well but the rust has been a major concern of many owners so I wanted to be proactive about the whole situation and fix mine before it got worst. I really didnt need a paint job but I wanted the job to be done right and not just hit the rust spots and paint over them. So, I took it to the Hatboro Maaco where they did an excellent job of repairing my damaged areas and repainting my entire car. If you could only see the Kool-Aid SMILE on my face. Feels like my brand-new baby again. Thank you Akram and your entire staff for a job well done.

I wanted some small dents fixed and molding and mirror replaced, I also wanted my car freshly painted its same color. I wasnt sure if I should take my car to Macco at first. I was getting negative feedback about the quality of their work. I went to other body shops to get estimates and thought I would go with one of them. I decided to check out Hatboro Macco because I saw some positive feedback about them. So glad I did, Akram and his team did an awesome job. My car looks beautiful. The paint has a high quality finished look. I know they worked so hard to please me and they did! The Hatboro Macco team is professional, caring, hard working, and easy to work with. Dont think twice, take your car to them! They will save you time and money! I had my car back in two days and saved a few hundred dollars as well! I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.
