BAD. THEY TOWED MY TRUCK WHEN IT WAS HIT, THEY GAVE ME PRICE TO FIX THE TRUCK. AND THAT IS WHERE THE PROBLEM STARTED . SAID TRUCK WOULD BE DONE IN 10 DAYS OR SO , HAD FOR JUST ABOUT 4 WEEKS . GOT BACK AND TRUCK NEVER SAME SINCE HAD TRUCK BACK 4 TIMES STILL NOT FIXED , HAD OVER THE NEW YEAR FOR 4 DAYS SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT IT. MAKING UP THINGS. HAD TO TAKE TO OTHER SHOP TO GET FIXED THING HE BROKE AND WOULD NOT FIX COST ME 1000.00 MORE WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE IS A LAIR AND A SCAM ARTIST.FULL OF B.S.DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO SHOP C.G

Jimmy came out and Towed my car which had broken down after hitting a deer. The car was a mess. deer hair and guts all underneath the vehicle. For several weeks Jimmy haggled with the insurance company on my behalf and got everything fixed, and fixed right! Jimmy was absolutely awesome, when my car was finished it actually looked better than before the accident because Jimmy went the extra mile to take care of me. I would absolutely recommend Tanner Auto Body, and if I have have an Auto Body need Jimmy & Co will absolutely get my business.

Their advertised price was HALF of what they charged me. When I complained they said they would just keep the car and that they could charge whatever "admin" fees they wanted! The place is awful and the guy was really rude to me. I will NEVER go there or recommend ANYONE go there.
