HORRIBLE!!!!!! Stay away from this "Privately Owned AAA". My vehicle broke down at the Betsy Ross Bridge NJ side but my repair shop was on the Philadelphia side. I was at work at the bridge but they refused to tow it to Philadelphia stating that their policy/rule, which their dispatcher stated was being enforced the last 16 months, because I had to leave my job and go with the truck to the repair shop. I explained that I had a vehicle towed (2) times in the last approx. 6 months to Philadelphia and didnt travel with either one, nor was this "rule" ever mentioned on the phone by AAA. So, I had my vehicle relocated to the PA side of the bridge so that my car could be towed and I could remain at work by AAA. I contacted this same AAA branch again & was falsely advised that the D.O.T. prohibited it and that there are liability issues. I questioned if a vehicle is registered, insured, owner authorizes it with a written address of where the vehicle has to be towed, what is your liability? I was finally told after not buying into the "nonsense" that being fed to me that "they are a independently owned AAA and therefore, make their own rules and policies". Put the customer LAST.

Left a message for a call back on Monday, 6/26/2017 with the travel by car department after I had waited some time on hold listening to AAA advertisements. As of today, Wednesday, June 28 I havent received a call back. I call and left a message again after waiting on the line again today. Well see what happens. Ive been a AAA member since 1985 and have my insurance, both homeowners and auto, with AAA but Im starting to wonder if there arent better or if the same level of service, less expensive options out there. Especially with the availability of free GPS services like WAZE. Waiting for a call back.....

Ive been to this office for travel services twice this year. Both times there were hardly any customers but lots of staff. Both times I had to wait an excessively long time for help. Once helped, the service I received was adequate but brusque. The place is like an apple with a pretty outside but a rotten core. I am rethinking paying over $200 a year for a Premier membership and getting such subpar service. I am a member since 1990 and Im up for renewal in November.

I have been a AAA member for years. But I witnessed a AAA contractor out of control. In vineland nj. But the bad part was when I call AAA to report this problem I was told that I would get a call back but that never happened. Now I question if being a member of AAA is a good idea. My family would not be safe with this contractor. This was a real disappointment.

Telephone lady was Insanely rude. Talked to me as if i was bothering her bc I called. I understand people have bad days, but Im on the side of the road with a flat tire... I just dont like being talked to in a condenseding way

Spent 45minutes trying to speak to someone. Was put on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up and called back and it rang for 7 minutes. Then tried again. Im still waiting for someone to pick up after another 20 minutes.

Employees do not know policies of the company. Always say another person will help you but they are presently out of the office. No other person is capable of helping you. Very bad service.

The store is bright and colorful as is the personality of the staff. I wish I had known about the auto care center before I bought tires earlier this week. Great experience.
