I intend to stay one store without any double, if the mechanical told me so. That’s why I had already spent 2000 bulks for repairing my 2001 Mazda in this store for last two years. I believe in mechanic, because I was trained as a biologist, not a mechanic, who have totally different skill sets. That’s also why I went to store to do regular maintenance. Last time, I went to this AAA store because my right front highlight was off. I was asked for 50 bulks for replacing the bulb at first place. After 1 hour wait, (with oil change), I was told that they cannot install the new bulb but have to change the whole lamp (300 for part and labor), which they out of stock by that time. I have to wait till the end of that week. While I was waiting, I checked Amazon, which ask 100 for part. I ordered it and call back the store the next day wondering whether they can do me a favor for using the part I purchased. I will pay the labor of course. But they refused, which I totally understand, so called guarantee of the part and service. Since I ordered that lamp and bulb anyway, I thought why not try by my own before send the car back to AAA. After go through the lamp I purchased from Amazon, I found there is nothing wrong with my old lamp. And I can simply install the new bulb in 10 min. After filling the complainment recently, I was contact by the manager of that store. Without any apology for that unprofessional incidence, he only try to explain why they cannot change the lamp with mine purchased from Amazon. I told him that I can install the new bulb in 10 min without any problem, and ask why they cannot do it after take my bad bulb out, especially the install and take the bad bulb is almost the same procedure. I was asked to show them how to do it, and why I bother to go to their store if I can change the bulb in 10min. For those people who planning to change bulb but ask for changing lamp in store, I will upload a video to show you guys how simple it is, and let you tell whether you need change a lamp as some mechanic ask.

I took my car in to finally fix the check engine light that my local mechanic did not have the equipment to properly diagnose and reset. I was a bit cautious about the center thinking that I would be sold every service possible but was beyond satisfied with my experience. Within three hours a got a call from Juan who was very honest and through about what the technician found and what needed to be done to fix the car. After I gave the go ahead for the repair it was completed the same day at the exact price that was quoted. When I went to pick up the car I was surprised that the technician ran a courtesy check on the vehicle including all fluids, brakes and tires. I do my own regular maintenance and was happy to see that all the fluids were in good condition, other places will do this and lie to sell you oil changes or brake service. As a AAA member I received a 10% discount on the labor and have a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on the work. The fact that the center is open on both Saturday and Sunday is very convenient. I can not recommend this center more highly!

Had to get my truck towed there because I was working on it myself and the jack slipped and got wedged between the axle and engine. I tried for 2 hours to free it, but just couldnt do it without a lift. Used my AAA to tow the car in and they put it right on the lift and got it free and didnt even charge me. Bob at the counter was very helpful and wonderful to deal with. I didnt get the mechanics name but he took the time to wrap up the jack for me so it wouldnt get my carpet dirty. Very happy with the service I got, not only from AAA towing but also with their car care center!

I was going to wait at Pepboys for 2 hours trying not to get angry at the rude staff. 30 minutes in, my husband called me and told me to go to AAA. I had nothing better to do, so I got a jump from someone and went to AAA. AAA changed the battery in 10 minutes with insulation for 50 less with a 6 year warranty . I also got free coffee and the auto mechanic showed us how to do the job. All of the staff was nice. I almost want to break my car to go back there .

a year go took my chrysler pacifica 120k with a fuel line issue to get it fixed. They took a day to diagnose and day to fix . It took two day for the work. Then after 2 days, the same fuel line/pump issue had a problem and they said its going to cost another $500/- + to fix + towing back and forth All this took be 6 trips + leave the car for 4 days in the shop. end of the day had to junk the van and cut my loss.

My review is solely based on the accessibility of the site location. I went to get IDP and there was no parking spot available so I waited about 30 min. i ended up leaving since theres no place to park. the issue may be due to shared parking with the auto repair shop? I have never seen AAA with such a small parking lot.

Sent my car there based on the recommendation of the AAA tow truck driver. Overpriced. The same work at Firestone was $75 or 20% cheaper. The was just for the work itself. The diagnostic charge? $120 - discounted to $59 because we were a AAA member. Yeah! The diagnostic charge at Firestone? $19!!!!! Never again.

Good place. Friendly service. I came in for an oil change. On a routine inspection, they found one of the suspension sway bars was broken. I checked and it was definitely broken. They replaced them for me immediately. They even waited much after closing to help me out. Will definitely go here again.

They Installed a bad alternator in my car, and never helped me to replace it. They were even very rude. They wanted me to leave my car for more days after initially keeping the car for 4 days in their garage to diagnose the issue. The issue was never diagnosed. $511 dollars in waste.

Went to get something notarized, they would not do it. All a notary is supposed to do is to confirm a signature. They said my form was too vague. Dont waste your time they are no help.
