We spent the last week at Sea Grove in a Park Model #8. The Campground was peaseful during the week and like years ago when we camped. Weekends were loud and the 11 pm quiet hr. was not upheld. We had no light at our door entrance to our rental. If one of us had fallen your campground would have had a huge liability. We had mouse droppings in our kitchen drawers. TV in bedroom was very snowy on a lot of the channels. TV in living room was better but not 100%. Our Friends, the Valleys had no problem with TV & we were next door. WiFi was not convenient. Poor supplies in kitchen. I left a list of issues at the front desk today as I felt the owners would want to know of our issues. The young lady that checked us out today said she was glad we told her of these things but her customer service skills were poor. She never said she was sorry. We have been camper for 40 yrs. from tenting, pop-ups, travel trailer. We sold our truck and camper and this was the first time we decided to rent a park model. Not a good experience at all. What happened to accountability for your staff cleaning the rentals. A list to be checked off & someone to check the rentals after they cleaned seems like a necessary thing to do. Proper training for your staff on customer service would be another great idea. Peggy Lane

The owners Mike and Jen are very rude and will harrass and discriminate against you. From the moment we arrived they were unhappy and had attitudes. The "lobby" or front entrance of there house were you check in smells like dirty wet dog. Not to mention the annoying barking. We picked up dead branches and sticks to help start our fire and we were threatened to have the police called on us for chopping down living trees. He even called his wife at 1:30 in the morning because he thought we didnt pay for the 5 of us to be there only to make an a-- of himself when he found out we did. We assume he was intoxicated because he stumbled over to scream at us for having our fire burning after 11pm, even though it is not posted or made aware that fires must be out at 11pm. They also randomly select who this unwritten/unspoken rule applies to, because after we were told to put ours out we saw four other sites with fires lit. Apparently those were Mikes friends. I would only go here if you feel like a good laugh and fight with two of the worst people i have ever seen try to run a company.

This is to answer the review from emilyhagen...When you wrote this review you forgot to state why I was impatient with you. When you checked into your campsite, you stole (not borrowed in which you stated) furniture from other campsites. That was strike one. Cutting of live trees to have a campfire is not permitted under any circumstances. You could of purchased fire wood at the camp store. Strike two. Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am which is clearly printed on all campground materials. You guys were very loud during quiet hours in which your neighbors were calling the office and complaining. Strike three. When you were told to quiet down and put out the campfire because it was 1:30am, you refused. Strike four. And you are telling me that I was rude. No, its called following the rules and regulations of the campground and being considerate to your fellow campers.

The campground was very nice. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin with the bathroom. When we got there they already had the a/c on and the cabin was nice and cool. Which really helped because it was 88 degrees with very high humidity. The cabin was very nice and clean. I was worried because there were no pictures of them on their website. The price was very reasonable. And the campground is only a short drive away from the local attractions. I will definitely stay here again.

My family and I used to camp often here. We really like this park and the crab sale they at times had. But I must say that the staff is not warm or courteous. Based on the poor customer service we have stopped going.

We have a park model and compared to another camp ground we were at this is privately owned not corporate, quiet, not a ton of rentals or kids. Room at the pool and friendly neighbors. We are very happy here.
