I was told to use AAA for my Disney trip because they make everything less stressful and easy. Its been a bad experience since we walked in. The agent we are dealing with obviously has her own issues and we should of walked away the second her eyes turned blood shot and she started crying. Strange right?! Anyway we continued and she eventually had a computer issue that she couldnt figure out and between the time we wasted and her giving us no info about Disney we left with a booked trip that neither of us was happy with but it is what it is. After a month I get a call from a friend about Disney deal going on not from the agent from a friend... Kinda annoying especially since the agent said she would keep us updated. So I get in touch with the agent and after wasting half of day of emails back and fourth with this agent she finally books the hotel and meal plan I ask for. Can you believe she even questioned why Im doing what I was doing with the meal plan! Why does she care? Why is it her business. This is my trip and my money dont question me just book the room and meal plan I ask for. So its done and I did all the meal selections myself . I looked up different restaurants myself and figured out what I wanted all myself. No help from this agent. I finally had one more chat with this agent. I was looking for a simple yes or no answer. She gave me everything but that. Its finally solved but what a headache! I cant wait to pay this final payment and just go on my trip. I would never use AAA travel agent again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Ill just book the trip myself!

itryed to renew my license here the lady with glasses and braids I think or dreads lied to me that the DMV penndot does not renew licenses the the DMV is only for driver test supposedly only under manager discretion the DMV will renew if not the DMV does not renew licenses and she was trying to over charge me 50$ to renew license and tryed talking me into all this extra I wento to DMV penndot and they renewed for 30$ Thats is messed up To take advantage of new customers because they are unsure or trying to save money I regret coming here for people to waste my time very unhappy about this Service

This is not a good place to notarize your car title. I dont mind paying the fee, $85.00 , but the waiting is too long, at least 2 hours before they can call your name. The best place to transfer the title is go to the Division of Motor Vehicle. I would not recommend anybody to come here, workers here are dont care much about their customers.

Went here to register my car. The employee who was working on my registration somehow messed up the forms and under-charged me the sales tax for my county. I thought going to AAA would save me a few minutes waiting in line at the DMV but it actually is adding an extra month to get my registration. Next time I will just go to the DMV

Ive been an AAA member for forty years, but never availed myself of their services. What a fool! Id been paying much higher fees to tag agencies, and the setting, ambience, and service from AAA cant be beat. Special thanks to D.D. for the excellent service she rendered on my last two visits to this service centre.

Used AAA Fairless Hills to register and tag a car coming in from out of state. While it was a busy shop, it ran in an orderly fashion and they handled my paperwork without issue. Was advised upon submission that the process could take as long as 6 weeks, but it was wrapped up and done in about 2.
