Went to Lexus dealer for an oil change. Service REP. recommended new brakes. I thought it over. My husband suggested that I bring my Lexus to R/A Automotive to check brakes. Ron said brakes look fine and we will check at next oil change. That was 15 thousand miles ago & I still do not need new brakes. Highly recommend the staff. They are very honest. THANKS

Had to find a new auto mechanic after I moved to the area and was a little leery walking into an unknown place, especially as a woman. My neighbours recommended RA Auto. Clean facility, nice staff, fast service, very honest. The owners a mechanic in the shop and good with questions. I dont go to anyone else now.

Ive spoken to the owner many times about an ailing minivan that I own. Ive even taken the van to his shop a couple of times only to have him talk me out of the repair for one reason or another. Any mechanic that would turn down work in the interest of the customer is a rarity.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Ive been shopping around to get an idea of rates. I called R/A, and not only would they not give me an estimate or hourly rate (when I politely requested) but the guy actually hung up on me!! Ive heard of bad service but this takes the cake. Wow.
