Edward is so nice there! Always willing to help others/ Answer my tons of questions. Pretty much found all I needed for my truck. Prices are a little higher (yes you can get it at Walmart) but atleast here you know the spray cans are full and havent been tampered with (used and just returned to the store). And the items are recent without a ton of dust on them as if its been sitting there since the store opened.

My battery died. After getting a jump start I needed a replacement quickly. I called the Bloomfield Avenue Auto Zone. They checked to be sure they had the correct battery for my Jeep and told me to come right over. Curtis took care of me. He replaced my old battery right there in the parking lot. The installation was FREE, and I was on my way in 10 minutes! I was so relieved.

Lazy manager avoiding eye contact in order to ignore customer. Clearly he doesnt belong in any kind of retail. Lost my business forever. The two seconds of your time might have saved me a lot of time and kept a customer.. If you enjoy being treated as a human, avoid at all costs and take your business elsewhere. By the way,manager on duty 12/8/2013 at about 4pm.

Great customer service no matter what location you go to any time of the day. I find the staff will go out of their way to help you and Im in a store several times a month buying air fresheners and other sundry products to help make the passengers I drive feel comfortable and enjoy being in my car.

I agree with billy. After the salesman looked up my part on the computer, took me to the aisle and handed me the part, I got home and it was the wrong part. This is the first time that this has happened to me - and its the first time that I have used this location. I wont be back.

Was awesome. Its the 4th of July & there were very few customers. The workers were polite & efficient, checked the battery & replaced it. GREAT SERVICE! My only gripe is that the cheapest replacement battery for a very ordinary car (simple Hyundai) was $139. Seems very high...

Waiting time is moderate compared to other autozones, mainly because it isnt as packed. The service was decent too, with a less crowded place the associates are able to spend more time helping customers.
