I have been driving for 28 years and have owned many vehicles in that time frame. I have struggled for many years to find an honest, reliable, courteous and competent mechanic until I found Chris and his team at Total Performance. I recently had grinding breaks and called Chris to have my breaks replaced. He had a full schedule but managed to squeeze me in for the next day to replace the brakes and rotors. He explained to me" I have to fit you in because I cant let you drive with an unsafe car". I dropped my car off first thing the next morning and my car was ready by the end of the same day just like he said it would be. The amazing thing is that it only cost me $80 dollars. My brakes were still good and just needed to be cleaned and now the grinding noise is gone. Every mechanic I have been to in the past would have charged me for the brakes and rotors but not CHRIS!!! I have been using Total Performance for about 10 years and all of my experiences have been as pleasurable as the one I described. Thank you Chris and the team at Total Performance.!

I will not be returning to this shop. They performed service for me five months ago, and I recently noticed a bolt was missing from the area the shop had worked on, so I called up to have it installed. I was told "Sure, bring it in, well take care of it for you," so I did. When i came back to pick up the car, I was handed a $40 invoice for service. I asked the service coordinator why I was not quoted any amount for this service, and his response was "Why would you expect anything to be free?" We spoke for five minutes and he was absolutely uncooperative, borderline rude for the entire duration. He touted that I was not a regular customer, and he wouldnt even apologize for not giving the slightest idea of the cost ahead of time. Perhaps this is the right time to mention that the original service from five months ago was quoted at $800, and I received an invoice for $1150. In short, I suggest looking elsewhere for automotive service.

I really could not be happier with the level of service and the quality of work between Chris and his entire team! I had a 3.5" lift installed along with new 35" tires and MT rims on my 2011 Ribicon. Chris nailed it! In addition to the lift and tires the MOPAR bumper had to be modified to receive the new tire carrier, the installation is perfect with the 48" High Lift jack! Chris took his time explaining every detail to me and why somethings would look or work better thank others. He took my numerous questions in stride. Next in line......a snorkel and supercharger! 100% satisfied no question! Total Performance is the place!

I brought my truck in for repair, I was given an estimate which I was ok with. I supplied the part for the repair, when I picked up the truck they welded the part on the wrong way, they told me they had to make modifications to make it fit.If they put the part on the way the old one came off there would have been no modifications necessary. Because of the mistake it cost me $200 in labor more then I been quoted. They did a nice job on the weld but I was not pleased overall. Bill O

Chris and his mechanic, Mike were awesome when we unexpectedly broke down on the highway while heading home to CT. Based on the positive reviews we read about Total Performance we asked our tow driver to bring the car there (on a Sunday night). Although Chris was already backlogged with his Monday repair schedule, he fit us in so we could resume our 5 hour trip to her home. Thank you Chris for your kindness and empathy and professionalism. We highly recommend you!!!

I called around looking for someone to help me R&R my engine so I could have my machine shop install my 426 rotating assembly and no one had the time or motivation to help me. I called Total Performance and they helped me out at a very fair price. This shop is the right one for anyone looking for service. They go the extra mile, are honest, caring and passionate about their trade and truly care about the customer.

I have to be honest.. these guys were fantastic. I took my truck in for a lift kit and tires. Chris walked me through the entire process and helped find me the best deal. A day or two later I had a slight wobble in the front end. They took it back and re-balanced the tires and now it rides like a dream. They were courteous and professional at all times. True professionals.

I had my car at this shop for almost 2 weeks. I asked Chris,the owner of the shop for an estimate. He said he would call me. After the amount of time it was there I called and asked him when I could have my estimate. Chris yelled at me. Used foul language and told me to come get the car. I would not recommend him to anyone. I never had to deal with someone so rude.

Chris Sabatini and his staff are awesome. They courteous and competent. I had a the misfortune to break down near Mawhaw in the middle of the night with a big trailer in tow. Showed up in the morning unannounced and was back on the road by mid morning. I can only highly recommend. Chris and Patti

I went to this shop, because it was near a friends place where our trucks starter finally gave out. They had the starter delivered and installed by the next day. The best of all is that they knew our friend so they treated us like family. Quick service and affordable.

My car was acting up so I took it into Total Performance and they did a Tune-up and oil change. They were fast and had reasonable prices. I have shopped around and they have very competitive quotes.

SCAM do not go to this place. Woman at front desk ripped me off after telling me work on my car would be a certain amount... it wasnt even close it was more than double what she said.
