Employee told me on the phone to come in to get 4 tires mounted. It took me 10 minutes longer than I planned to get there and I stood waiting for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me he had the nerve to give me a big attitude and complain I was late. I told what I thought of his attitude and left. When I contacted the store manager about it, rather than take my information so the manager if the tire section could call me when he or she got in she told me I should try calling the next day! Basically, the tire section is as crappy as the main store. A complete waste of an hour of my evening and a couple of gallons of gas.

After recording all of my car information, they made me wait an hour and a half just to tell me that they were not able to perform an oil change. They were unable to get the oil filter off because they did not have the wrench. Seriously... it is a standard 64mm x 14 wrench that is used on many car models from Toyota, Lexus, Scion, Honda, and Nissan. I just ended up learning how to change it myself after buying that $20 wrench. In conclusion, if you own vehicles from the above listed manufacturers. Well, get prepared to lose an hour and a half of your life that you will never get back.

If I could rate a zero I would. The guy manning the desk had complete attitude for no reason. I mentioned what my mechanic said was wrong and he rudely said your at a new company, so it doesnt matter what they said. He was just an big old grumpy man, giving me attitude for no reason. He needs to be fired asap as I will never return to that Wal-Mart for any reason. In the end they couldnt or didnt want to help me.

Worst tire center in the Hudson Valley. Employees have an attitude and wonder why Walmart doesnt pay them a lot. After dealing with the center, I would just pay the extra money to have a real tire place install tires on my car.
