A total joke. I decided to do business with them since I blew out a tire on my way to work and its close to my job. I couldnt go on my donut anymore and the guy on the phone was helpful. I needed 4 new tires installed and explained I was getting my car serviced where I normally do the next day and didnt need anything else. The guy proceeded to call me and tell me I needed to flush my brake system ($90) to get the wiper blades changed ($34) that I needed an oil change (which I was getting done the next day), to get new hoses ($212) that my coolant system needed service ($90) that I needed a tire aligment ($76), that I needed spark plug replacement ($141) that I needed a fuel system tune up ($90) and I needed a fuel system cleaner ($30). I declined it all. Today I brought my car where I normally get it serviced and all I needed was the tire alignment (which was $5 cheaper). The biggest atrocity is most of these parts/service he had recommend I had done recently. Imagine if I just agreed to all this stuff? The guys name is Rich who I dealt with. Would never go back and strongly recommend anyone in the Wyckoff- Bergen County area to go elsewhere for their service, even tires, which Im pretty sure I was ripped off on as well.

Recently gave this Firestone a shot to get some tires mounted and balanced, and had a good experience. The counter guys were very friendly and helpful. No one tried to push any work on me. Prices here were about average, but I feel like the quality of work was good, and not sketchy like some other auto-repair chains or tire shops can be. The customer area was actually really clean and comfortable. Even the shop area looks pretty orderly through the glass. Im also usually a DIY guy, and Im pretty particular about who I let touch my cars. New to the NJ area, so I called around for some price quotes and to get an impression of some nearby shops. Got the best price and best impression from this Firestone. Friendly staff, accurate price quote, no up-selling, quick work, clean and orderly customer area and shop; Ill definitely return.

Im a "do it yourself" kind of person, so I only go to a mechanic when I really have to. Stuff like mounting new tires, balancing, and wheel alignment is something you cant exactly do with basic tools, so that is why I chose Firestone. Their lifetime alignment deal pays for itself after two or three visits, and you get the benefit of professional expertise for no extra charge. I would never ask them to fix anything that I can do myself, so I never had to deal with repair estimates or unnecessary work. The ability to wait for my car while its being serviced is something you wont see at private shops, so that was a big thing for me as well.

They go above and beyond in customer service! This morning I had a Doctors appointment and when I started my car it began to shake and the engine light was on. I immediately drove it to the Firestone in Wyckoff. The manager ,Mike saw that I was very distressed about missing my Doctors appointment and said he would have someone from Firestone drive me there and pick me up when the appointment was over . True to his word they picked me up after my appointment and when I got back to Firestone they had fixed the problem with my vehicle. I cant thank them enough!

On my first trip it was nothing to complain about, but nothing spectacular. Staff were polite but not especially friendly. They said the oil change and tire rotation would take about 45-60 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 90. The TV they had in the lobby was set to Fox news, if you care about that sort of thing. Second time, they seemed to be friendlier. Especially the guy named Anthony. Seemed genuinely friendly.

I took my car in because of exhaust noise. The staff inspected it and told me I needed a new exhaust manifold and the charge would be $1,000, yes I said $1,000. I decided to check out altermative and found that all it really needed was the bolts between the manifold and te exhaust tightening, a charge of about $50. They just dont give a s&^t. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

Called yesterday just about 5 minutes before closing time and Ryan told me he would try to track down a tire for me. Turns out that the tire is on a national back order, but Ryan was helpful enough to call to make recommendations on how to fix my problem. Great service from this guy even though I could not get the tire problem fixed. Appreciate the effort!

Frank, the service manager, really understands the importance of excellent customer service. Had issues with previously installed brake rotors and he replaced them with a more expensive part, free of charge to me. The work was completed quicker than it was promised! They have earned my long term business after this experience!

Changed tyres here two times, no complaints about the service: they explained everything, did rotation, suggested alignment. They have toys for children so they will not be bored coming with you. Coffee and TV helps you to spend time if necessary.
