I only came to this location because I had previously gotten into an accident nearby and I needed emergency work done on my front right tire. I called the location ahead of time and spoke with Fernando (active manager on duty). He was extremely understanding of my situation and guaranteed me that I could come in right away to have my car looked at. Once I arrived at the location, Fernando and his team evaluated my car and then presented me with the options that could have been done to fix my car. Fernando made certain to to over everything in great detail with me and helped me understand certain aspects of mechanics that I did not understand. He was also very sympathetic to my situation. Fernando worked very hard to find the necessary part needed (front wheel for kia spectra 2009) to fix my car. When it looked like that I would have to wait a few days to get the necessary part (due to it being the weekend) he was able to find a vendor that could get the part to his shop the next day. Because of this, my car was ready the following day. Fernando and his team handled my situation perfectly and were able to get me back on the road the following day. I recommend this location to anyone based on the great car service and the customer service provided by Fernando. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and realistic with all the different aspects of my situation.

I went to this Midas for an oil change. They did the oil change quickly and I was able to pick it up during a lunch break. However, I will only give one star because they tried to convince me to have work done that my car did not require. The one item they said was dangerous and needed to be done quickly involved the rear brakes. They claimed my brake shoes were completely shot and had ruined the drums. Including a fluid exchange they wanted to charge me over $400. I went to my regular mechanic who said that the brake shoes were at 80%. I will not return to this Midas location.

The cant even tell the difference Between a Brake stain and cracked rotor, they told me my rotors were cracked and had to change or it will be dangerous to drive on. I took my rotors to the dealer and they magically removed the cracks with a cloth and shows what they were only stains. They also over charged 50 dollars a tire on 4 tires, which they didnt even bother to check to see if they installed right. the car lost tire pressure the same day because they misdiagnosed the issue. almost crashed.

If could leave no stars I would, rude on the phone day before. Then I STILL gave them a chance at my local $. Show up and has offended didnt have an appointment? Didnt know we were going in a date, just wanted an oil change. Went 7 min down the road had the best experience ever, didnt have to leave my truck. Go see Terrell at Valvoline in Rochelle Park.

All the bad reviews are true! I went there to check my brakes and I was told that they have to change rotors and brake pads and it will cost me about $700 I said no thank you. I went to another mechanic and he told me that the brakes are fine.

Place is fair with pricing, staff was helpful and work was done fast. I had a Flowmaster outlaw cat-back exhaust system installed on my Chevy Silverado and the guy did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Took my bmw in the other day.. Surprised to say they fixed my check engine light within one day. Since I needed my car the next day for work, they even dropped it off at my house after hours. This will definitely not be my last time coming!
