I went to Newburgh today to get a quick oil change; I have a pretty beat us skid plate under my jeep and didnt realize that some in-and-out oil change establishments wouldnt be able to take it off. After my first try failed and reading some reviews I drove into Meineke. They had my car in the shop within 10 minutes of pulling up. Kris, their lead technician was phenomenally kind and extremely professional. After raising up the vehicle, he walked me through and educated me on all of the aftermarket equipment on my jeep (recently bought it used). After they finished the oil change, the T-bar it protected was so bent that the skid plate couldnt be put back on. Kris personally torched an extension on the skid plate to allow it to be reattached, no charge whatsoever. Staff was awesome, personal, and fast. Made a loyal customer out of me in one visit.

This place needs to go out of business, no wonder they cant keep a consistent staff and always needing help. I drove by to get an opinion on my muffler and the guy at the counter said he couldnt do anything until its on the ramp. I asked him if he could just come outside and take a look at a concern I had and he rudely said I can see it from here and kept doing whatever busy work he was doing behind the counter. I guess he was too lazy to even stand up. Pathetic customer service in all ways. Save yourself some time and AVOID this place at all cost unless you want to deal with an unprofessional rude staff. Customer service is definently not there. Hope this place goes out of business soon!

Had dropped my miata off due to the fact that the mounts for the power steering rack separated from the sub frame. I thought I would have had to do an entire sub frame swap. A few hours afters dropping off my car, I got a call from dan explaining what would be done to the miata, which was to build a skid plate and weld the rack back on. A couple of days later, the miata steers like a race car, quick and precise and also have a skid plate for extra protection on such a low car. I am extremely satisfied with the price and work. You have a customer for life.

2006 Lexus needed exhaust repair and stopped by Meineke on my way home. Dan greeted me and quickly had my car in the bay to get an estimate. The price was very fair and I liked that Dan showed me where the work needed to be done and talked out my options with me. Dropped off my car during lunch two days later and they had the car done when they said it would be. Paid the same price as the estimate. A great shop, wish I had found them sooner.

I have been using this meineke location for 9 years and have been treated extremely well from the beginning. Their work has served me well all along and I also enjoy using them because the atmosphere is always warm with good company from the employees while I wait. Now I can also say I really appreciate having them here so that when I have work done I know I will get it done right the first time and without any surprises or upselling

I really like them. They are very honest. I have a brand new car that I bought from Honda. Took it to them for service and the people at Honda tried to get over on me by asking me to change my engine oil on a brand new car. I switched to meineke and the guy there was very honest and took good care of my , without over charging me.satisfied woman customer. quality work- fair price. I got a quote and repair the same day. I was pleased that repairs were completed quickly and before promised. My only comment was there is a place on line that claims to make appointments on a corporate level at your local shop. i made my appointment 5 days ahead of time and the corporate level never notified the shop. Luckily they were able to complete my repairs without much delay.

Called up asking about a muffler swap. They said come right over. Got there and they had my car inside within 10 minutes. Look at it and told me my options/price. I gave the go ahead and walked over to dennys for a quick lunch and my car was finished soon after. Sound was better than expected and the atmosphere of hanging at this shop was one of a kind. 100% worth driving a hour to see them.

Wonderful people to do business with. Courteous and forthright. Will not do anything that is not needed to be done on your vehicle. Even though I am a woman they explained everything that they were going to do on the car to me. They definitely have my business in the future. Thanks guys for the great job done on my Corvette.

I went to Meineke In newburgh to get a second opinion on my brakes. Not only was the owner/ manager very helpful but also gave me a better deal then where I had previously gone. Great service and fast too. I will continue to use this shop for my car needs.

Will never go back. I drive pass the shop daily for work and every time I look at the shop and it makes me angry. They lied to me and were deceitful. Trying to make me feel stupid and tried to make me think the problem with my car was my fault.

Best service ever. My Girlfriend and I were on our way up north and found ourselves with no oil. Service was quick and with a smile. We were in and out within 25 min. Quicker than it took me to figure out how to write this review. Thanks.

The manager, Dan, was knowledgeable, professional, and HONEST. They didnt have the tires I needed, but he recommended a place that did and gave me all the information I needed. I would definitely return again just because of Dan.

Refused to tell me how much replacing brakes and resurfacing rotors costs over the phone. For such a standard procedure, the prices are fixed. They just want me to bring my car in so Ill be pressured to buy brakes there.

Wonderful atmosphere you realize it from the minute you walk inside. Never had a bad experience and always honest even if there not 100% sure they let you know that.Third time I have returned for work on my Toyota.

I have always found this shop to do excellent work and they dont try to sell you something you dont need. Ive been going there off and on for over 15 years. The manager is a little earthy but it is all in good fun.

Worst experience ever I had at this car shop. I had to go back for them to repair the repairs again. They charged me for a oil change and did not do the oil change. I will never go back
