I called the day of Hurricane Irene and they answered the phone on Sunday evening, as opposed to all other places I tried that had answering services. I needed to travel right away and they booked me a first in the morning appointment on Monday morning. The installers were polite and very experienced. An excellent experience. I dont know what Mr. Smiths issue was on 6/12/11, but the person who answers the phone just takes make and model and orders the windshield from the supplier; they are not a car enthusiast or a mechanic.

I called up looking for a price and they had never heard of my vehicle model, one of the most popular in the world...hello? If you dont have any idea what this car is how can you replace the glass? I would suspect the other two reviews here are fake....just a thought.

Awesome, awesome service. Called them in the morning, they came to me and the windshield was replaced by 11am. They even helped me with the insurance (unfortunately wasnt part of my coverage). Highly recommended.
