We all know how hard it can be to find a good & trustworthy mechanic, but if you do, you never go anywhere else! I have been going to Lake Region for all my car needs for over 10 years. 2 years ago I moved to queens, and still choose to drive my car the hour upstate because of the service that they provide. They have gone above and beyond, not only for me but for my family who are also loyal Lake Region customers and for anyone who I have referred to them. I would say they are fair with their prices, but that would be an understatement. They have always worked with me, when my now dead car had problem after problem understanding how expensive it was becoming and charged me half of what other shops quoted me. This is a family owned business, and when you go to them they treat you just like family! I am so thankful to all the guys there and will continue to use them for years to come! Id give them 10 stars if possible!!!!

Hands down the absolute best customer service ever. Everyone that works here is over-the-top nice and they go above and beyond to make sure that your car is in perfect working order. There was a vibration in my car after putting a set of winter tires on, which after a rebalance and alignment, ended up swapping out a defective rear tire for a new pair. When the vibration persisted, they took back all 4 tires at no charge and put on a brand new set from a different company and made sure the vibration was gone. The car rides smooth as butter now and these guys have a customer for life. Thank you to everyone at Lake Region!

on 12/7/2013 I went to this location (as I have done for the past 30 years...even going with my dad when I was a kid) with a flat tire... The guy at the front desk said "Not today...Im slammed" Really???? Its not like I showed up last minute looking for an alignment or a tire rotation... I HAD A FLAT TIRE AND HE SENT ME AWAY!!! I went to Loyal Tire in Harriman and they didnt even charge me to fix the flat and were done in less than 10 minutes! I should have gone there first and will from now on! One customer gone...never to return!

Weve been taking our vehicles to Lake Region for over 10 years. They are very professional, friendly, and most importantly, honest. They wont recommend work that isnt needed, and always explain what the issue is and what needs to be done. They are very accommodating, and recently handled our unrepairable tire directly with the tire insurance company so we didnt have to do a thing. They then had the car fixed by end of day. Ive been recommending these guys for years and will continue to for years to come.

Great Service! We were travelling from Saratoga with our 2 year old and black lab on one of the hottest days in the summer to visit our in laws in Franklin Square when we got a flat tire. We called Lake region and they said come on in and they would get us right on our way. Two new tires with a smile. It is so hard travelling with a baby and a dog in the first place let alone with a flat. The price was fair and the tires are reliable. So very blessed to have found this wonderful tire shop.

Half assed job on my exhaust. Still have a leak. They say they didnt notice it when they test drive after it was repaired. Now they wanna charge for labor on a ten dollar part. 10 bucks, charge me 100. Family has been going to them for years, I wonder how well off they off them. Done with this company.

As a retired Auto Technician by trade I have know problem leaving my car with them and going home and not worry about the Repairs or services they perform, I own two vehicles and they both go there when I am unable to take care of them, They run a top notch shop and I Highly Recommend them !!!

Rude, unprofessional, try to sale me the wrong Tire size to my light duty truck, thing that may cause damage to my car. When I complain about it, Mike the owner, got med and was very abusive. I had to call the police 3 times to get my car back. After 5 hours!!
