This is a response to Ms. Bosicks claims as stated in her review. Lees Real Estate Agency takes customer service very seriously, and believe we treated Ms. Bosicks inquiry with sincerity and dedication. The bottom line is that Ms. Bosick requested a rental rate for a specific property, for a period which the owner typically does not rent - Labor Day Weekend. On the owners rental registration form, we offer owners the space to fill in what the rental rate would be for Labor Day Weekend. This owner indicated on his form "No Weekend Rentals". This was conveyed to Ms. Bosick. However, because Ms. Bosick specifically asked about this property, we indicated we would place a special inquiry to the owner to see whether they would be interested to rent the property for Labor Day Weekend. Apparently, the one week time frame which it took, over several phone calls to both landlord and tenant to clear up details, was too long for Ms. Bosick. We regret that Ms. Bosick found her experience with our agency unsatisfactory. However, every year we rent to hundreds of repeat customers that have come back to us every year for their rental needs ... some customers have returned to us for 20 or more years. Our family personally checks our guests in and out - we see the smiles on their faces when the arrive for their beach vacation, and as they return the keys to us and say their goodbyes, we know we will see them next year when they return to us and the Wildwoods for their summer vacation. We have built our business upon years and years of providing exemplary customer service. We encourage Ms. Bosick to call our agency and speak with a manager so that we can successfully resolve any issues she may have.

This reality company is a joke. I called over and over for a rental and received nothing but a run-around. I explicity told them which days I wanted to rent a 4 bedroom house on Denver Avenue for Labor Day weekend . I told them the EXACT days..First I was told the owners were elderly" and didnt respond to the request . Then it was they never rent so they didnt know what to charge us. I called again to speak with a guy named Ed after already speaking to a woman with the last name of Lee". Not only did she talk over me but interrupted all conversations as well as tell me the same things over and over & tried to tell me I never told her which days I wanted to rent so she didnt have a price..REALLY?. This all ensued in a 3 week period..NO ANSWERS , a complete run-around and complete unprofessionalism. Im hoping the owner sees this. Lee Real Estate Agency ISNOT their job , yet are being payed to have this rental in their hands.. Like I told this rude Lee owner on the phone, There are many properties for rent in The Crest with many more reality Companies that would treat me better , have more respect on the phone & get back to me in a timely fashion. I felt I was patient with their ridiculous non-sense responses as well as their rudeness.Obviously they ARENOT doing their job at all...

First most, This agency does not get the credit it deserves. They are family oriented as well as detailed oriented. I as an owner have had my property listed with them for 3 years now. Anytime I have a question or concern my calls are answered quickly and professionally.They have a large range of rental properties , extensive local knowledge, and work very hard to match a renter with the appropriate rental.I have been in the office on many occasions where the staff are constantly assisting customers in the most professional manner. All of my renters have nothing but nice things to say about Lees rentals. From the initial contact to the day they check out. So let credit be due where it belongs.

I will NEVER rent from these people again. They mailed us our security deposit back, then called us nearly a MONTH after our vacation ended, told us they mailed it to us "in error" and stopped payment on the check. We did absolutely no damage to the unit, they couldnt give us a straight answer about the damage, nor could they explain why it took a month (during which time the unit was used/rented by others) to address the issue. I guess they knew a trip to small claims court was imminent, because a few weeks later they re-issued the check. As much as I loved Wildwood, I would never deal with this company again.

I had my property in the Crest listed with them for rent during the 2016 summer season and had a wonderful experience. All of the agents I spoke with from Lees were courteous, patient, and answered all of my questions. I will certainly list my property again with them next summer.

Rented a summer rental and they charged us for stuff that wasnt in the lease. Our electric was actually SHUT OFF during our stay because Lees SON had me sign a contract that stated the owner pays utilities...
