We had the pleasure of working with Kevin Toll to buy our first home. We were using two Realtors when we first contacted Kevin about a listing through a real estate website about a property available. It was a Friday afternoon and he was able to show us the house on Saturday morning along with two other houses in the same town. We were impressed with his responsiveness and decided to include him as one of our primary Realtors. It didnt take long for Kevin to become our only Realtor. He was always responsive, was able to get us into see properties on short notice, and was willing to work around our schedule for showings. He showed us 30+ properties over several months and never pressured us once. In fact, he listened to our feedback and provided direction by recommending a neighborhood that we were not previously considering. And when we finally made an offer on a home in that neighborhood, he provided sound advice that not only saved us money, but also closed the deal quickly. Kevin also did not take a transactional approach. After the closing, he remained in touch and helped resolve an issue that popped up. Kevin is an honest and personable individual with excellent market knowledge. We will definitely be recommending him in the future.
