They handled the listing of my home horribly. Initially I was excited to use them; but ultimately I was sad, frustrated, disappointed and insulted by their (lack of) representation on my behalf. Lackluster photos of my home were used, and many misspellings and grammar errors were found throughout the verbiage. If it wasnt indeed the listing for my home I wouldve thought it was some kind of joke, it was so bad. The corrections needed were promptly and kindly brought to their attention but they would not address them. I have no idea why. I was so disheartened, and ultimately I had to use another real estate agency who were awesome. I was told recently that my former home is again listed for sale. It is also through this agency and everything about the listing is perfect. Why is that? (Same listing agents.) Anyway, they are a prominent fixture in the community, so I hope what they did to me was unusual. Also, I know they get mostly positive reviews, so I figure my negative one probably wont mean anything to them.

Agent was very professional, kept me informed regularly, courteous and patient, knowledgeable and informed, returned phone calls and even texts promptly, was available and always easy to reach. My overall satisfaction with the agent and services is that I am 100 percent satisfied, I give them a 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to anyone. If you havent talked to a Remax Wayne agent yet, get on the phone with one.
