Im an office manager at a dental office, and a few times our mail box was left open and recently checks from insurance payments were left scattered all over the ground with cars driving over them, not to mention it has been raining the past few days. Thank God my doctor happen to run out for an errand or we may have gotten those checks. I called the post office to request for the driver to come inside and hand deliver the mail in light of the last situation. A clerk answered the phone and was helpful but said I would have to call back to speak to post master. I called this morning and he was very rude. I went to explain why I was requesting a hand delivery and he cut me off and said "it wont get approved, you can request it but it will be denied. He just wasnt very helpful and seem annoyed that I even called.

They are holding my mail for nearly a week because my postwoman doesnt like how close my kids basketball hoop is to our mailbox. We have moved it 3 times but it still hasnt made my primadonna mail person happy enough. I went to the post office today, they did not have my mail either. Apparently when they put a "hold" on your important mail items, they neither carry it on the truck or hold it in the building. Its in mail limbo. No one can tell me where a weeks worth of my mail is!!! And good luck trying to get them to answer the phone! Unbelievable. THE WORST

They alter my address and send back my packages. When i brought them the evidence...i. e the box with address that they had altered sent to me in a new box...with the exact same address on both boxes...they lied to me. Three times. To my face.... with their own markings and evidence of tampering with my package..on the counter before them. The person in charge of making sure that mail gets to the right address is lazy and sends it back, rather than actually doing his job. He deserves to lose that job. Many would be overjoyed to have it. I detest liars.

It is impossible to have a pleasant experience ... Especially when dealing with Peggy. I have never gone in and had her be happy or nice to deal with...but today...to charge me an extra $1 more than the sicklerville office is plain wrong. Then to mutter under her breath fat ..... When I wanted a supervisor. They need to fire some of these long time employees that are miserable and lazy and get some people in there who would be happy to have a job!

The supervisor at this post office needs to be replaced. Horrible customer service and completely condescending towards customers. Ive never had this type of experience at any other post office. When you ask for a supervisor he says "I am the supervisor, who else do you want to talk to? One of the employees????"

TERRIBLE, The delivery driver NEVER stops to see if I am home to deliver a package, I always have to use MY time and gas to pick up a package. ALSO, I have had several packages LOST in the last few years!

Terrible. Packages marked delivered and not there. I have to make a big stink and my stuff miraculously appears. I think my carrier is a thief. My neighbors have the same complaint.
