Absolutely horrible! Brought a number packages there and incompetent clerks always tell me if they cant find an exact match of the address on their computer system, they wont ship it! However took the same packages over to the 19047 post office and they shipped things no problem at all without a single exact match address issue! Staff needs to be evaluated and retrained or replaced! Also any time Ive ever mailed a first class letter with the Langhorne office, it always takes way longer to be delivered than others in the area every time! Avoid dealing with this one, its not worth it

tried to call them and the phone was obviously off the hook...i got a busy signal for 1 hour of trying to call them...the reason i was calling...i watched the mail truck pull up at my mailbox...when i went outside to get the mail..there was a Sorry we missed you slip for a package...the mailman never even came to our door to deliver the package to us....

Sleeping clerks. Human turtles. Prepare to spend time in there if you drop something off. Two people in line, 15 minutes. Horrible experience. My package was already labeled; all I needed was a printed receipt. This happens every time. Yawning!
