This facility has trouble delivering packages. This last time, I got a package notification--the delivery person never bothered to get out of the truck to delivery the package to the door--but couldnt pick up the package at the post office because "its out on the truck." I complained to the postmaster, he took the notification slip and promised the package would be delivered first thing the next day. I am still waiting. Other times, when I check package status online, it says the package was delivered, so I have had to go over to that busy, crowded post office once again to find the package, because, in fact, the package was not delivered.

Really bad experience, Some reason they have started forwarding my mail somewhere in Georgia without our knowledge, after week I dont see the mail which I suppose to get, I went to post office and spoke to Superviser and he told me about the change, same day I asked him to stop and send mail to my address where I live, its been more then two weeks but same thing going on, I am stuck every where ,I am getting late fees charge from credit com,.phone bills, Insurance company.... I have no Idea how to stop it, they have changed our address and sent mail back to its origin What a great service they are providing!!!

They are always rude when dealing with customer service . I live in bensalem & Ive had a lot of packages that were delivered to the wrong address & just the other day they delivered package to me that wasnt even mine . I was the one who called the lady whos package it was & she had to drive to me & come get it . When you call they are always rude & never take responsibility !! Tax dollars at work -I dont think so

my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday , but they never brought it , so they said theyd send it tomorrow. so today i was home all day & they never even bothered to give me a package. they left a slip in my mailbox. i just checked & read that its at the post office , but by the time i read it , it was after office hours. so instead of getting the package on the 27th , i have to wait until the 30th. thanks.

Had a package sent to my house. Postman decided he would declare my house vacant? Really, so every house that is for sale is automatically vacant? Was he looking through my windows doing inventory? I called the Bensalem Pa post office and they tell me "vacant" isnt even an option for the postman to determine. I was told I would get a call back after 5pm that day. 24 hours later and I still havent heard anything.

Im very unhappy with my mail carrier from this location I am constantly losing out on things i order from ebay out of every 10 things i buy there is always 1 or 2 packages delivered to someone else and i never receive what i pay for and usps never does anything to correct the problem cause as long as its scanned as delivered they just accuse you of lying

We are a small business and usps refuses to scan our packages because we have too many packages. Again, we are a small business. Takes 5 minutes to scan our packages each day. Might as well tack on to the other fantastic reviews theyve received (being sarcastic). Always ignorant and poor customer service. When we ask for supplies we get an attitude too.

There seems to be a issue every time I go there for sure its not big enough because there is always a long wait. Why would the post office open st 9:30 am on Saturday??? I just dont have a good experience there at all. One worker is constantly wasting time always holding long conversations with customers not good

The mailman (who is different every other day) just closed the back of the mailbox as a walked up and asked if he could give me my mail. He refused. Comical as best! He refused to give me my mail; "Im not allowed" he said. I miss the regular mail man. Not these contractors.

I have a package that has been "processed" 4 times in the same facility. I gave them a tracking number and they couldnt give me any specific whereabouts of my package other than what I can get from the internet tracking service. They just told me to be patient...

This review is not specific to this location only. Staff was good and my request was resolved soon. But USPS sent my package to wrong destination and then re routed which cost one day in fast delivery.

I will change my rating when we start receiving OUR mail in OUR mailbox instead of leaving it with the business next door in the foyer on the chair! This has been beyond frustrating.

80% of packages that are overnighted to me with a money back gaurentee to be delivered before or by noon are hours late. currently waiting for another now, wont hold my breath. ha

A package of mine took three days to be transported 70 miles to Jersey City, NJ. I could have cycled faster than that.
