Its a nightmare trying to get through to them. The phone is busy 90% of the time, so even getting them on the phone is a pain. Recently, I tried to call the post office about getting mail I had on hold delivered to my home, as Id be in town for the day but not early enough to get in before they closed. The first time I called, the guy who picked up said I had to call another number to get that sorted out. I called the number he gave me, and it was a bogus sweepstakes line. Wow. Dude, if you dont want to do your job, dont pick up the phone. The second time I called, the woman was polite and helpful. She said she would personally put my held mail out to be delivered the next day. Which it wasnt. If you need to call them for any reason, fully brace yourself to fight with a busy signal until they pick up and lie to you.

Worst post office ive been to. Whoever i talked to first thing in the morning was rude on the phone and snapped at me about a package not being delivered because they dont know who i am? Really BS you have been sending my mail in the past and now there is an issue. Thats why i ship my s tuff through FedEx ground. I work there as well and if our office asociates were as rude as the so called supervisor, they would be looking for new employment. To be a supervisor she needs to work on her ppl and customer service skills. Or find another job where you are less miserable. The blue hair chick was very pleasant. I will just pay the extra money and send my crap through Fedex ground

Seriously horrible. I am CONSTANTLY getting my neighbors mail and packages. In turn, my neighbors are also receiving my sensitive medical and financial mail/packages and opening them. Its incredibly frustrating because important things just disappear and I often have to get things resent. Worst of all, I have incurred several late fees because my outgoing mail with checks in them never seems to go out. How does a post office remain this terrible with no action done to improve it?! Almost 10 negative 1 star reviews and its still a nightmare!?

I live in a great house 4 blocks from the post office you would think this would be great...however they feel I am too close to the post office to get it delivered to the house and give me a free post office box instead...well that’s great but..They keep taking it away from me. I am out of town most of the week and am lucky to get home on weekends. Here is where the problem begins. The mail box gets loaded up and they take it away. Can anyone help?

We are getting everyones mail, except ours. Ours is going to different neighbors. My husbands mail order Rx was delivered to another neighbor, and was opened, as the other neighbor thought it was his. This has become a significant problem in the last 2 weeks. Most likely I will need to stop all of our bills from coming to the house and take email delivery.

They leave my packages in the box but key is bent and doesnt work. Cant open box to get packages. They never answer the phone when you try to call. I know for a fact that they leave the phone off the hook on purpose so they dont have to answer it. Everyone there needs to be fired and replaced with people who take their jobs seriously.

Constantly have to hunt down my packages because people cant put stuff in the proper box its is ridiculous and it happens way more often then it ever should. You cant even call to find out where your package is because the phone is always busy all day long....I wouldnt be surprised if they took it off the hook!

The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and they take care of whatever you need. The wait time is typically not bad. This is a better than average post office as far as I have experienced. I have mailed things numerous times, and my daughters both got passports there. No problems, no complaints. A+

No accountability at the Millsboro post office. 4 months of mail completely missing while we were out of town even though we completed forwarding paperwork. 2 face to face visits to the post office have yielded no results. Problem seems unique to Millsboro as never had this issue in other homes.

If I could give them less than one star I would. Lazy people work there. My delivery is extremely irregular. Problems for over ten years with delivery. Several items ruined because items were left in drveway, uncovered in the rain.

Worst PO. Phone is ALWAYS busy. Mail delivery spotty, today a pile of mail for other several residents was left ON TOP of the mail box! Meanwhile, we received NO mail for 3 days.......impossible!! awful service

first they put my package in a locker then put the key in some one else mail box then i try to call all after noon thinking the phone is off the hook what the hell is going on at the usps

This is the worse post office I have ever dealt with. My mailman is so arrogant, ignorant, n makes comments that shouldnt be made. Reporting does no good.
