This is the most incompetent office I have ever dealt with. Not only do they offer terrible customer service but it is obvious they do not want to do the job they are getting paid to do. I have been here several times and every time the same outcome. The male manager has an attitude with employees as well as customers. When you have a bad manager the employees have bad attitudes which translates to bad customer service. Get rid of that manager and the blonde with glasses! I will never use this post office again! If anyone needs a good post office Dagsboro or Bethany Beach Post Office is where you should go. If you do not want to do your job then find another one its as simple as that. I am filing a complaint! They do not even deserve half a star!

They were not friendly and bad attitudes. They told me to fill it out with the info on the package that I could nt read it becuz the addy was very tiny to be difficult to read it so I asked the lady if she can help me or if she have magnify glass and she said NO! Thats impossible for them not having it? I think she don t feel like to get it. So I have to drive home and do it myself then drove back to PO again. Waste my time. Thats a SHAME!!!! Ive been working USPS for 36 years in MD and YES I helped customers so many times. They really appreciate it very much.

Missing 3 packages that were mailed from the Ocean View Post Office and never scanned therefore untraceable. Called regarding them and spoke to Mike who was rude from the start, extremely condescending, and just a plain ass. Will be contacting the Post Master for this area as well as Consumer Affairs in Bellmawr to file a complaint regarding Mikes lack of Customer Service skills. Hoping to make it into the office during business hours this week, see you soon Mike!

I just read a handful of reviews. (All very bad) My wife and I moved here from north Jersey three + yrs ago to Ocean View. So far everything has been really good between going to the post office and mail being delivered. No packages not mailed or missing, (as far as we know) Our reg mailman, Mike is very nice and whatever doesnt fit in our mailbox , he brings up to the porch. (even if its raining!)

They will not deliver packages even though they are small enough to fit in the boxes at my condo and everytime I ask why the package/s cannot be left in one of those boxes they give me HUGE attitude. Customer service at an all time low. 3 separate people 3 terrible customer service experiences and Ive only lived here 2 months!

Called to see why a package dropped off by UPS 2 days ago was not delivered yet. Mike responded with attitude & sarcasm. So much for good customer service! Do the community a favor & let someone who actually likes their job answer the phone!
