delivered my package to somewhere in Cherry HILL and not Collingswood. phone number is bogus. wtf? btw, this happens all the time with my packages sent through this location and has been for the last 8 years. It really shouldnt be that hard to get a package when Im 6 blocks from the post office. Utterly useless customer service, the phone help line is pathetic.

Never going back again after encountering the rudest male employee there. If youre a miserable, grumpy person do yourself and everyone else a favor and stay away from customer service jobs. Go to the post office in cherry hill! Unfortunately the lines are longer, but the employees there are so friendly!

Mean and Nasty people! There was a time when our business had to use this P.O. I would go out of my way to go to other locations. The people who work there are always in a horrible mood and they seem bothered by you if you ask a question. There are 2 employees in particular who were always rude.

Calling this post office for assistance illustrates just why people avoid using the USPS anymore. They have no answers to any questions, claiming they are "just a distribution center". Their web info should say they are not a "real post office"! I bet theyre paid in "real" money, though!

The service is hit or miss. There is one friendly woman but other than that the other workers are pretty rude. Lines vary but usually there are two people working up front. Standard shipping supplies and other things youll need.

This number doesnt work! The website tells me to call my local post office, because there is a problem with my package, and there is no way to call contact them. This happened back in December too!
