Went into this post office to drop off a package with a preprinted label from a seller on ebay which i was told needs to be mailed by the 21st so i can get a refund. I stopped here just because i was in town and the person at the counter refused to take my package because the shippong label was dated the 14th and it was the 20th. Said that people would think they were holding the package there for 6 days which looks bad for them. LOL Ive never of such a thing. I walked out with my package and went to Mayslanding post office who had no problem taking my package scanned it in front of me and even printed me a receipt with tracking info. No questions asked.

My mail in other people mailbox. Always getting my neighbors mail. They said they attempt a delivery, which I was home all day. No one cane to my door. Guess they did not feel like getting out of the truck. They could have left the package in mailbox or front steps like they always do. Email said they left a notice, I cant find one. Not in mailbox or on my front door.

my mail carrier is amazing!! But when calling customer sercice, milly was abrupt and extremely rude without even answering my question or try to assist in finding my package. Overall. Vineland post office on landis needs new staff. Every time i go there I am met with nothing but rolling of eyes. And attitude. USPS needs better training for their employees.

I called to check on my package 30 minutes prior to closing. Asked to check on my package put me on hold for 20 minutes I hung up called back he answered then hung up on me I called back no answer.

Package "Out for DeliverY Friday 12/12. "Unable to Deliver as Addressed." Called Delivery Manager. He READ address off package, and it was correct, HOWEVER, now they claim package is lost!
