Been trying to get a hold of the Supervisor, Erin to possibly help track my package that is marked as delivered for over a WEEK. At first, i was on hold for over ten minutes before i hung up. The second time, I gave my contact information to one of the employees for him to call back, but still havent received any form of return. Its unlikely to get an answer when calling their office. You will have to let it ring for at least 5 minutes. I just wish the 1-800 number can figure this out instead of my unreliable local carrier.

Despite being woefully under staffed they are the kindest and most helpful post office in the area. Their patience dealing with rude customers is amazing.
