very poor service on the phone by the female employee.. ! in govt sector i did expect a friendly voice over the phone but she was rude when we just called to ask for the hours.

I do a substantial amount of shipping through the Hampton Post Office and Ive found everyone there to be incredibly helpful, friendly and professional.
