Ive had multiple issues with lost/slow packages and rarely am able to get help when I enquire. Sometimes they wont pick up the phone over the course of an hour during business hours. I have had one or two positive experiences, but have found the majority of employees less than helpful and very rude. Im still missing a package from a month ago. I had called in because I got a missed delivery slip for a package Id already picked up. I was concerned that it could have been another package they brought in its place. I called and got a very rude young sounding female employee who wouldnt listen to anything I had to say. Im now missing a package that was due in about that time and I cannot reach anyone. Im not sure if it got sent back to Spain in its place, to Canada, or is rotting away in the post office. What happened to our once dependable mail service?

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Had to drop off multiple boxes to return some product, and was told that there would be a complaint filed because we didnt tell them ahead of time. What? Youre the POST OFFICE!! You accept packages to deliver! Isnt that kind of why youre there? Unbelievable! The people who worked there were extremely unprofessional and complaining, and when I told the manager that I thought it was inappropriate, he said "well they are the ones who have to deal with all of these packages". This is why government agencies have a bad name. God forbid you ask them to do their job.

I went to here because I needed to send a official letter to the government and Steve helped me with Certified mail in a courteous manner. He explained to me how to track the mail that Im sending step by step with details. Since English is my second language, It couldve been not-easy for me to understand about U.S. Mail system, but Steve made it easy for me. I feel thankful for the help :) I like the friendly atmosphere in the office, too!

What a great place to purchase stamps. Always helpful with my bulk real estate mailings. Steve on passports is very knowledgeable. Chuck and the ladies always willing to jump in and help. Plus many people who work there live in the community. Parking sucks!
