The lady named Jackie who works there was ridiculously short and rude with me when I asked her for a paper cutter. She tried starting an argument with me in front of another customer! Crazy for a customer to ask for an item to finish a service? Best part is, the polite man who works there got me a paper cutter to use just 3 days ago.
