Yes, D**** is a horrible, protected by the union, worker. She gets paid to be nasty and do whatever she wants. She constantly angers customers and has been seen to irritate customers to the point of insanity. This worker must be dissolved or dissolve this location. For the love of all that is good, replace D**** and the site manager. The district manager has failed the society in this location. That is three that can get canned for being bad employees who violated others rights and fell back on their own responsibilities. The postal service is a wonderful tool for my business. I have to go to the post office to send out sales four times a week. I completely stopped going to this location because of one employee; maybe two employees if you count the horrible management at that location. Because of D****, I have to go out of my way and spend time and money driving to a good location. Mail service does NOT pick up at the door. I just called this location to see if the door is unlocked, D***** likes to lock the door so she can leave exactly ten minutes before closing. Fact? Check it out yourself. The really good associates working the counter at this location requested and received transfers. Why transfers? I was told because of the manager and D. The other reviews are point on. More detail can eliminate this problem. I even was told by the D employee that I didnt do a good enough job at putting my label on the box. It was glued, taped, and positioned within the lines for the label box placement. Control freak much D?

Terrible workers. Terrible attitude. Close the the place before posted times. Barely answer the phone. All around a terrible post office with terrible employees. I hate picking up my mail because the employees have such a bad attitude towards everything . have never had a pleasant experience there, and I ask if they can give me my mail with no key if I have a picture ID they will not work with you at all

I completely disagree with the other ratings on here! I ship packages out of this branch everyday, and everyone I deal with is very nice to me and my rambunctious toddler. I understand more than most the gripes of dealing USPS but it is no way the employees at this particular offices fault.

Lost two packages in less then 30 days and arent very helpful at all. Cant seem to tell me what happen, package stats "delivered to parcel locker" No key no items. Glad Ive wasted money, next time I ship Ups or Fedex only cant trust these guys to get the job done right at all!

Telephoned to ask the cost of a 1oz. letter to Ontario, Canada and was told by a female clerk to hold on a moment. I held on for more than 7 minutes and she never returned to the phone.

Terrible experience. The woman working the counter was incredibly nasty before I had even spoken to her about anything. Every time I go here, its the same. Never a pleasant experience.

People too old slow and could care less about customers. I would never go there if I once in a while didnt have to pick up a package. Worse than motor vehicle
