WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE They sometimes have a guy that works there on Saturday mornings, who looks like he ate horse tranquilizers, rat poison, Dramamine and Benadryl for breakfast; nothing compared to the new lady. Now they have this new nervous-superhyped women nutjob who works the counters in the morning sometimes. She handles your packages like shes got 5 minutes to get to the airport and your the one making her miss her flight. She is very,very rude and impatient. She pretends that she is so nice and efficient but shes just the opposite. Interestingly It doesnt matter if its morning or evening ,high or low traffic this women always acts like your bothering her because you bringing your simply bringing your packages into the Post Office. They need to fire all of the characters in this office. Everyone in here acts and looks like something out of a horror movie.

please tell the Mailman to close our lids on our mail boxes, my mail was soaked when i got home. And the Post office omg what a rude and dirty person he is. I dont go there anymore I am doing more online shopping and doing email billing , no wonder the post office is suffering. he needs a drug test or something ... Thank You

I had a question that I first called a nearby post office for... the man was rude and hung up on me. So shout out to Bob at the Cheltenham Post Office! First he didnt hang up on me, lol. But he was incredibly friendly and went above & beyond for me! Great customer service. :)

Guy that works the counter ALWAYS looks like he needs a shower, shave and a haircut. Not to mention dont dare ask for help because that will only slow him down further. Paint dries faster than this guy moves!!

Poor service!!! This is the worst postal office! The EMPLOYEE that is always there is unrespectful, rude, it looks that he doesnt like his job.
