This is a real shame because I love taking my Zumba class here. The instructor is amazing and I have a lot of fun taking this class. It is convenient location for me and Jess for Zumba Tone is high energy and awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about that. What I have a lot to be displeased with is their "business practices" and "policy" -- I was unable to make a couple classes purchased (not a member, just go for Zumba) due to medical reasons. And any time I have ever asked for a makeup class, it has been met with rudeness, they are not accommodating AT ALL-- even though I have been sick and missed classes. This time, it was due to an injury, offered doc notes and the whole nine and once again, being met with difficulty and the excuse that it is "policy" to not let me make up classes that I ALREADY PAID FOR. What kind of business does not give the customer something that they ALREADY paid for and have been doing so loyally for over a year. What happened to the customer is always right? I am also not asking for additional classes or special treatment, simply what I already purchased. They have been nothing but rude, curt, and unaccommodating which is a real shame because as I said, the class is great. I am simply so annoyed at this HORRIBLE business practice that I may not return.

I have SEVERE disliking about the The Club at Woodbridge after todays incident with my wife and our kids. Anyone planning to join this club, please read this review about the distasteful owner. My Wife and her friend were having coffee at the cafe with our kids. Then comes the owner, and in an extremely RUDE tone says that "LADIES YOU CANNOT HAVE KIDS MAKING NOISE AND RUNNING AROUND HERE" Being mother of 2 year old kids, and trying to control as much as we could, there remains a chance that kids will make some noise. This doesnt account for being RUDE and IMPOLITE to anyone. We completely understand that its your club but it can be conveyed in a better way. We apologized and left the cafe. We are still shaken by the TONE of this OWNER of a place, which encourages KIDS to enroll in their classes. Having said this, the classes which we enrolled are good and supervised by "NON RUDE" people. Dear OWNER, Please note that for further reference, you should post "NO KIDS" or "SILENCE PLEASE" signs near the cafe or any area where you think kids childish behavior is intolerant. These are kids for gods sake, not our pets which we can put a leash or a muzzle on. We were seriously planning to get yearly membership as kids could have some fun, but we will STAY AWAY NOW.

just signed up today for a summer membership for my son and I. The tour I had was great, mainly was interested in the pool and courts for us to utilize. Was aware of all the restricted open use times because of camps and classes and all, however was not made aware that during open swim times, 2 times a week was another class. That might have altered my decision to sign up. I understand that open means open time, but i was told by this lady running her "class" that i had to go on the other half of the pool. its open for all of us but the whole pool is not? When i questioned it at the desk, I was the one that was looked at like I had the issue. The person took very little interest and told me that this person has been doing that for years. Your advertising doesnt say that! I was just told if I was not happy I can cancel within 30 days. They dont really give me the impression that they care whether or not members want to stay. I kept the rating a 3 because the rest of the facility and staff I dealt with were fine, but the misleading prints and information is a huge turnoff. I wonder what else they hide. Most likely wont be keeping the membership very long

Worst Customer service ever. Avoid this place at any cost. I should have given less than 1 star if I had the option. I signed up for Non-commit membership almost a year back by paying atleast $25 extra every month just to have the flexibility to freeze or cancel my account at anytime. When I tried to use my option I got thrown policies after policies by the Gym. Ms.Patricia is the worst customer service manager ever. Its high time The Club needs to work on their customer service, there are many many gyms which provide excellent customer service. Atleast talk and reason with the member who has paid $240 in one year extra just for the flexibility to freeze the account at anytime. Now I am paying an additional $160 to cancel my account (1.5 months fee). At this point, I am ready to pay another $200 just to get out of this gym and never have to deal with them ever again.

I moved to the area a little over 3 years ago. I quit to join one of those retro chain gyms. I came back to The Club despite the extra cost. Ive never seen broken equipment here. Their care of their facilities is above average. T The bathrooms are always clean. Some things are dated, but if youre serious about fitness, youll appreciate this gym alot. Ive never been here after 5pm and thought "theres too many people here, theres no way Im getting my workout in". They have kettle bells, ample free weights, and work out stationa. My only complaints are the lack of a second power cage and an old school straight pull up bar. I dont see myself leaving this gym any time soon. Ive been working out for the past 10 years or so and have belonged to my fair share of NJ gyms.

The customer service is the worst here. I am a paid 3 year member and usually go to the branch at South plainfield. Today i went to Woodbridge club along with my friend and they made me wait 25 minutes without letting me in. The front desk lady Diane called someone in their membership office who showed up after long wait and then started attending a new prospective customer who came much after me. This shows that they do not care about existing members. I drove 25 minutes to play racquet ball which went in vain. There are lot of better facilities available elsewhere with or without contract. New members, please do not get trapped into their false talks. You can see the negative reviews about this place and i agree with them.

I am from India. ok my friends told me, but I didnt believe them. Then it happened to me. Couple of weeks back we were using the pool and I didnt put back the things which we used (noodle etc). I was the last person to leave the pool.The front desk person came (must have been in the vicinity) and told me that I should put them back. I apologised (twice) and put them back. Again while passing the front desk, I apologised again. But for all the 3 TIMES I apologised, she/they were showing their displeasure very explicitly. I dunno what else I was supposed to do.Fall at their feet??? if the same apology has been said by ANYONE ELSE, I am sure they would not have showed their displeasure.

My child was there only for one year of preschool.The staff was extremely polite and very helpful.The teachers were great.My child had Ms.Becky and Ms.Mary,and the amount he learnt at school was tremendous.He transformed from a shy 3 year old to a confident 3 year old,within months,and a very vocal one at that.Everyday back from school,he would show me some project or the other they were working on.Not only education oriented,but the teachers taught him a great many other things like charity and team work.Loved the school,but had to move,so discontinued.My kid misses the school a lot.
