I had a experience just like Josue Gomez describes below. I brought my car to their uniondale shop and they basically did the same thing that Josue Gomez describes and then returned a broken car to me after 2 months. Horrible service and useless technicians. Do not bring your vehicles to these guys unless you want to get ripped off. I fixed the vehicle out of my own pocket and it ran perfectly for another 30k miles before i sold it and got a new german vehicle. I will never in my life deal with any of these people, and im not surprised i am reading about their tax fraud issues. SHADY SHADY BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT

Worst service ever, promised to get my car back in 2 weeks or less and got it back 2 months later and now they keep delaying me on parts they were gonna buy for me and install and paint it for me and after 1 month now theyre saying that i have too pay for it like it was all part of a no fault accident so they should do it for me but hate this place! messy, disorganized, and they never call you back

Car was involved in an unfortunate parking accident. Car was taken in an finished within 1 week, painted and everything and you cant even tell it was involved in an accident. Everyone was professional and had great communication. Would recommend to anyone who needs their car fixed.

These guys are so stupid. They kept my car for more than a month without fixing anything and they asked for storage charge of $600.. mf! Should be reported
