This place is horrible. They can careless about the customer. They have that attitude of "Oh, we get so much business that we can careless about one little customer." Its sad. Some of the staff there act very unprofessional, have attitudes and put a front like they "care". The Enterprise guy they have for rentals there is really unprofessional as well and will try hard to persuade you to get that extra "insurance" of 11$ a day or whatever price they have to make a quick extra buck out of you. Bottom line is I will never do business with them again and they are overpriced ontop of all that as well. Never again with this auto repair shop.

I cannot say enough good things about AMAP. I had been to a different auto body shop when I needed work on my car a few years ago. I decided to try AMAP when I needed work done recently. When you walk in it felt like a professional auto body shop. The people at the front desk were kind and professional. The auto body workers were very helpful in making sure I understood everything that was being done. I went in for minor work, but they returned my car washed, vacuumed and cleaned. If you are in the area I would recommend AMAP. It was comforting going to an auto body shop I knew I wasnt being "taken" by.

If you care about your car and how it looks and want a really good or great paint job/repair DO NOT GO TO AMAP. There will be more bad things with the job they do than good. And definitely not worth it for what they charge.

Darrell at the Bethpage outpost of AMAP Collision is the king of customer service. Seriously, go with him! My parked car was t-boned, and he took care of everything, and was incredibly helpful and patient.
