Great operation, they really care about customer service and put your mind at ease that they are here to represent you ( the customer ). GEICO approved shop and although they were not very close to my home, I still chose Richmond because of the great online reviews. I personally dealt with Chris and to be honest, I thought he was the owner, the way he represented the shop and his thorough knowledge of the entire process. My vehicle was in a bad accident and they fixed it quickly, efficiently and cosmetically and it now looks and runs like new. I highly recommend Richmond Auto Body and if you are on the South Shore of Long Island and have GEICO .. it is a no brainer, you have to bring your car to them. Ask for Chris .. great guy.

AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT IN 2008 MY CAR NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED- 2 YEARS LATER THE PROBLEMS ARE STILL OCCURRING. THE FIRST TIME I TOOK IT BACK I WAS TOLD THAT THE DOORS WERE SUPPOSED TO LEAK WATER INTO THE CAR(THE OTHER NON-WORKED ON DOORS WERE DRY) STILL WATER LEAKS INTO MY BACK DOOR EVERY TIME IT RAINS- AT ONE POINT THE CAR WAS GROWING MOLD!!! I TOOK IT BACK THERE FOUR TIMES- EACH TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FIXED- THE NEXT DAY IT WOULD LEAK AGAIN. THE DOOR LOCKS DO NOT EVEN FUNCTION WITH MY REMOTE. THEY ARE VERY SHADY AND TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT KEEP RECORDS OF THE WORK THAT THEY DO. IF YOU CAN TRUST THAT THEN GOOD LUCK- AND GOOD LUCK SPENDING TWO YEARS OF YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET THEM TO FIX A SMALL PROBLEM.....

I was in an accident and unfortunately did not have collision coverage on my car. I was given an honest estimate and was told that the car was not worth the money to repair. They were patient with me while I figured out my situation and, since my car was not drivable, they allowed me to leave it there for a few days before I was able to get it towed away. I dealt with Chris, Bob & JoJo - Very nice and professional people. Although I did not end up getting any work done here, my family has used them for repairs in the past and were happy with the results.

they did an awesome, quick job on my VW after I got rear ended. All of the staff was fantastic, but especially Bob and JoJo. Not that I ever want something to happen to my car again as far as an accident, but if it did, I would take it to Richmond in a second. They are really the best.

The staff was attentive and helpful. I was able to have a loaner car provided by Enterprise and when I came back my car looked better than new. They even game me a scratch off game. I thought that was pretty cool. I definitely recommend going here for your auto body needs.

Ive been to Richmond a number of times with a few different cars. (Ive been unlucky enough to need them a lot...) The quality of their work has always been impeccable - You would never even know the car had been in an accident. I highly reccomend them.
