I have really bad experiences here!!! Let me tell the story. I have Maserati GT MC and was really trust this dealership. I know it is expensive to take care this car! But I just want to get what I should get. First time, at last year I spend more than $1,600 to fix my front brush part. And another $1,700 to do the service . Until now, the car front water jet still not workings well!!! Then, last summer. I got an accident, the insurance spend more than $4,2000 something to fix my car. When I get my car! I lost some parts in front bonnet then did not find it until now!!! They always tell me, we ll find it! Ok! One month later, my front light do not work! They tell me need to Change the whole light! Around $2400! But!!! When they fix the car after the accident. They told insurance to change two light! It means they want me to pay twice price! It is horrible! I argue with them and they want me to change the tyre and break dish something. If I do that they will try to work with insurance to get the light fix! Finally, I spent more than $4,000 to change the front tyre and dishes. After an other month, my engine lights on! They ask me more than $10,000 to change whatever I do not know!!!! Guess what? They do not want to help me to clear the light! If I do not pay that much!!! They said the lights can not turn off. What they want is money. Ok. Before I spend another $10,000. Could you please give my pics back?????? It almost a year!!! And stop lie to the people please. You can say I am not export to the car. You are! What I know is, you even do not know if my car lights is change. How can I still believe this place!? I ll never go back to this dealership. Because since I came here. My car got more problems!!!! At lease, Please give me back my car parts!!!

i called the service desk on wed morning and spoke to Jennifer at the front desk, i explained to her that the previous night while driving home my engine light came on on my mc gt. i was in need of service and being that i had not purchased the car there i thought i was going to be treated like the red headed step child lol. it turns out they couldnt be any nicer, Jennifer said i could bring the car in asap which i did. when i arrived i spoke to Christopher the service consultant and immediately hit if off with him, hes a big car guy as i am. he even took me on a tour of the shop and showed me some of the awesome cars they had on the property. later that day chris called me and said the car was almost ready and recommended some service, oil change etc, i declined and felt no difference in their attitude. this was a relief because from previous experiences with other shops they tend to snub their nose at you once you refuse the recommend service, thats when they tend to push you out to get another car in. my issue was fixed under warranty along with some other things chris found undergoing an inspection and i was on my way the next day. when i came to pick up the car it was washed and vacuumed and my son ( 12 yr old gear head ) was given a quick tour of the shop. i do have to say that when i read the reviews posted by some of the other clients i was a little skeptical of bringing the car in for service, i figured i was going to be put on the back burner and left there for weeks before seeing my car back. that was not the case nor could it have gone any better. i want to thank chris and all the other people their at Ferrari Maserati service for making me feel like a long time customer. cheers.

All these people who left good reviews for this place I bet are fake. These guys here are the biggest crook I have seen. Brought in my Maserati Ghibli In Feb 2016 because it was making some kind of noise on the passenger side and same side light was out. I was told to check back 2 days later, after 2 days i was told the car has some damaged parts needed to be replace and I was advised to take it to my insurance for collision claim (thats where it gets interested knowing they can bill insurance whatever they want) and I was told no loaner will be available youll have to get from your insurance. They billed Geico almost 9k out of which about 5k for labor Its pure BS. And the worst part is the noise was still there at this point they tell me oh Its because I dont have winter tires so the noise is from tires. 2 months later Im having same issue with drivers side took it to another dealer, who was surprised to see prior work sheet saying they didnt perform half of the work they have claimed and billed. Another collision damage claim billed Geico almost 5k. Both time I had to pay deductibles of 1k and each time without a car for more than a week. Ill never ever come to this dealer and Ill make sure on Maserati forum anyone from NY will not come here as well. again only the bad comments are real here because you can feel the experience as a person is sharing rest are fake. Reason I am leaving a feedback today because Im so annoyed with my car headlights being out and Im afraid to stop by a dealer not knowing what trick will they bring out this time and also Geico has bumped my insurance double. and the last persons review encouraged me to share my story.

I brought my Maserati in for service. I am not sure his name but he was the service adviser which sits at the third desk as soon as you walk in, on the left side. I brought my car in specially for a noise I was hearing; there were also recalls which needed to be done. He calls me 4 days later to tell me all the recalls have been completed and the car is ready. I ask service adviser about the noise issue and if its been resolved. (He sounded surprised) Then he said he was going to test drive the car to find out. Calls me 2 DAYS later and tells me that he test drove it and the car sounds great. I arrive to pick up the car as soon as I get in I start the car turn the Wheels and THE SAME LOUD NOISE. It would of been impossible if he actually drove the car for him to not have heard the noise. Then I proceed to tell him. He brings out his Shop Foreman. We put it on a lift. I show him the noise he says it could because of a pot hole or some thing but he does not want to CHASE THE NOISE..... REALLY! First off your a LIAR a Complete LIAR and secondly your dismissive and arrogant attitude just lost this customer for good. I will travel to NJ To Purchase or get any type of service on my Car and I will make sure I speard the WORD. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME... BEWARE

I cant say enough great things about Ferrari of Long Island. I went to FoLI, 2 years before I eventually purchased. They spent several hours with me at that time going over multiple vehicles, knowing I was not ready to purchase but just wanted to educate myself about the cars. I spend the next 2 years in multiple dealerships across the US, NJ-CT-CA-PA, and never got the same personalized attention as at FoLI. When I finally found the right car, Gianni at FoLI provided a level of service that frankly, I had never experienced before. I received his personnel contact information, multiple phone calls updating me on the status of the car, and on the day of purchase... he came in from home on his day off to take care of me. Very impressive. The deal included additional one-of-a kind items, that the dealership made happen. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. My experience with this dealership was as fantastic as the car I purchased. I look forward to dealing with them again for the 2nd vehicle.
