Unprofessional to work with or even to speak to. The lady in the office always looks high or drunk. The office looks horrible and smells like marijuana, they are messy and their work is HORRIBLE! They cheat you out of what the insurance pays them to fix the car. They dont use new parts to fix the vehicles and the paint job is A NIGHTMARE. I wish I knew what I was getting myself into when I was talked in to coming here!!!!

These people are crooks! They were totally uncooperative with the insurance company and asked for an outrageous sum of money to get the car back. They basically stole the car! Wouldnt even let us take the plates and we had much difficulty canceling them at the DMV. Id leave my car in the street before calling them. By the way...looks as though they are putting their own ratings to make their score look high.

Cove turned a horrible car loss experience into a great experience with getting it repaired. They dealt with my insurance company and fought so many battles for me. I couldnt recommend this place more highly. They understood my urgency in needing my car and expedited the process immensely.

I Was Involved in an Accident and These Guys Towed My Vehicle Away, When I Finally Had it Towed Back to My Place, The GPS System Was Missing, And They Didnt Just Take The GPS Itself, They Took Everything It Came With, I Will BE Seeing Them In Small Claims and These Guys Cannot BE TRUSTED.

Made the repair process super easy. It was my first accident and they helped me with everything from putting my insurance claim in to getting my renal. They also fully detailed my car and saved me 500 on my deductible !
