I recently had my car towed to All Phase after a collision. The owner seemed to be a really friendly and kind person whose demeanor made us feel comfortable about leaving our car in his hands. It turns out that the car is a total loss and had to be junked. Between negotatiating a price with the junkers and scheduling a pickup time , the car had been sitting at the shop for 10 days . I get billed for 850 bucks for diagnostics + storage + insurance. Seriously ?? He tells me he had a "really good" insurance policy on my car which I think doesnt justify the charges he sought. It took a lot of haggling to reduce the charge to 350. The worst part was how we were treated by the same nice guy when it was time to pay with my credit card. He says "If you are gonna stopmy payment on this credit card Im gonna sue you for the original amount ($850). This was the most disappointing part of all to see this side of him. Since I have not had any repairs done on my car, I cannot comment on that part. But I advise you to know the full details of what you might be charged with, before leaving your car at a place like this.

Excellent, top of the line work. Rebuilt my truck after a bad accident and it lasted another 250000 miles in 14 years with no problems but regular maintenance. Would have lasted longer if I hadnt brought it somewhere else. My bad. Never again will I do that. Thanks guys!

Great shop, been there multiple times. The owner has gone above and beyond for me, treats me like family. Cant imagine taking my car any where. Repairs were top class.
