I would like to start by saying that I have been a member of Lucille Roberts since 1977. That being said I am now 57.. 40yrs and still going STRONG! I would like to commend Denise Halbig Cooper, Manager of Bay Shore... Denise has been a Blessing to me along with everyone else ...But I have to say Denise goes above and beyond the call of duty...Always a welcoming smile and an absolute asset to your business... She has played an intricate role in not only being a GREAT manager but becoming a Great friend, always there to listen and has helped me get out and back to the gym after my meltdown and depression after my Son passed away 3yrs ago... She went out of her way when she noticed that simething wasnt right with me. Knowing how very much I love and needed this sisterhood of wonderful managers and staff reached out to me and in her magical Denise way and asked me to come in and chat... I owe alot of my recent happiness and wellbeing to her Love and caring... If there is a certificate and or trophy Denise Halbig Cooper is by far the one who deserves it!!! Thank You from the bottom of my Heart n Soul! MUAH! I would NEVER go to another gym... Thanks to people like Denise!!!!! Love Always, Patricia Matera aka Patty Gunz!!! Lol

Everyone needs to come here this is the best gym ever I have been a member for 5 years here lost over 100 pounds and this is all due to the wonderful staff The manager Denise Cooper was the whole reason I joined her personality an her smile won me over. THE instructor, each an everyone of them are the best of the best they have kept me motivated to keep going their classes are amazing an they have all the latest gym equipment to keep you going , Zumba is my favorite an Kristen an Tracy are my favorites but every instructor is super AMAZING. I also love the fact I was able to work out because its a woman only gym which I love LOOK LADIES GO CHECK IT OUT you wont be sorry

Thanks to the encouraging staff at Lucille Roberts Bay Shore, who keep me motivated, and my favorite Zumba instructors, Axel, Karen, Danielle, Tracy and Gerard, I have dropped 52 lbs and I feel GREAT! people dont even recognize me :-) I cant say enough good things about this gym, the manager, Denise is WONDERFUL!! Ive been going through a very difficult time the last 6 months, still am, I feel like my life just crumbling around me most of the time, this place helps me regroup, clear my mind and focus on me for a while. This LR is certainly the best. Its so clean, the staff are some of the nicest most helpful people Ive ever met, and the members are like a giant family. They really work hard to keep their members happy and make sure they are well taken care of. This location just got a lot of new equipment that the other locations dont have which really allows us to push ourselves further to reach our goals and step out of our comfort zones. Awesome trainers. Awesome instructors. Awesome management team. Awesome equipment and classes. = Awesome gym

What an awesome gym!!!! The staff is amazing. Denise , Karen and Danielle really make me love getting up in the morning to come work out. A special thanks to Denise for keeping me motivated with both excercise and nutritional advice. They make you feel like you are part of the family. They always greet and say goodbye to the members. The place is always spotless and Other members are so friendly. I will always be a member of the Bayshore Lucille Roberts family.

I started coming to Lucille Roberts in Bay Shore 8 months ago and immediately quit the other gym I belonged to because of my great experience at Lucille Roberts Bay Shore! Each instructor is wonderful and the staff is so friendly and nice. Denise and Karen are awesome and so helpful and even know me by name now. I truly have enjoyed my time here at Lucille Roberts! Simone is an amazing trainer too, Ive lost weight and inches thanks to her! Yeah!

This is a great gym! Everything is brand new and the facility is a clean, inviting place to work out. The staff is super friendly, my favorites there are Margaret and Joy! The only downside to this gym are the weekend hours, closing at 2pm is really inconvenient. If it were open longer it would definitely be much more beneficial to its members, as it is I hear a lot of complaints from people who work out there about it.

Ive been a member here for almost 5 years and I love this gym! Denise and Danyelle are the best! Always friendly, helpful, and encouraging at the desk. The instructors are all great. There is an awesome variety of classes from P90x live, to kickboxing, step, barre, toning, yoga, and my favorite - Zumba!! I have made so many great friends here and we all encourage each other and have fun while working out.

I go to Lucille Roberts in Bayshore....LOVE LOVE LOVE the classes. I do P90X with Simone....ZUMBA and ZUMBA STRONG TONE with Tracy and also ZUMBA with Kristen and Karen....awesome classes...def great instuctors that care and wanna help you and give you an AMAZING work out !!!!!!! Denise and Karen the managers and Danielle are great and always smiling and happy to help. I look forward to going to the gym !!!!

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!!!! They are liars and said we could cancel our account since we were moving out of state. We moved 3 months ago and they have charged us every month!! We sent them all the docs they needed to prove we moved! NOTHING WAS GOOD ENOUGH! I wish i could sue them! They r rude disgusting lairs!!! Worst mistake of our lives!

Awesome Ladies only Gym. Great classes, terrific trainers, Instructors and staff. They offer a wide variety of Small Group Training classes, like "Boot Camp" and TRX. They offer Personal Training, " 1 on 1 " sessions to give personalized training to help you meet your goals. Great environment, energetic atmosphere and super clean. Can not say enough great things about this gym.

I love this gym its nice and clean and bright and bigger then the other ones i seen. But legally its not only for women its suggest its an all women gym but legally its not and they can not refuse a person joining the gym because of their sex. That will be one huge lawsuit just thought i will give you all some knowledge of the law.. but other then that i love this gym

I dont know what Id do without this place! The staff & trainers are amazing, helpful & truly kind people. Very clean & welcoming environment with great equipment & classes. The babysitter is so so wonderful & is the main reason I am able to keep coming almost every morning. This really is my home away from home. Keep it up Bayshore!

Working out at this gym is like being part of a family. All of the ladies respect and motivate one another. They keep everything clean and neat which is very important. The classes are fun and they offer small group and one on one training sessions for extremely reasonable prices.. and you definitely see results. Thanks ladies =)
