I love Mr.Suds Car Wash. These guys take such good care of my vehicle. They start out vacumming and cleaning all the rugs and interior followed by putting your car through the interior cleaning tunnel. In the tunnel they start by manually spraying your car down and treating the wheels with some cleaning solution before power spraying them. The car then gets sent through an automated soaping process followed by 3 or 4 guys manually wiping down your car chamois gloves. It is then sent through a automated spraying and drying process followed by 1 of the outside workes thouroughly cleaning the interior and exterior. I bought a monthly pass which allows me to get unlimited VIP car washes which is the middle priced caswash of the 3 car wash prices for 104 dollars. That just 4 dollars more than if I went every week for 1month. If you like keeping your car clean this is the perfect deal for pollen season and snow season with all the salt and sand getting in and on your car. I go twice a week so it worksout nicely for me. They have benches on the other end of the car wash so you can sit and wait for your car and people watch or got to the World Gym across the street if itss busy. You can get a 30 - 40 minute workout in on a busy day at the car wash while waiting for your car.

I have been using this car wash for many years but as of late the attendants are very rude and sloppy. I brought my truck there last week for the "Works" car wash at nearly $45; my tires were new and still had the blue covering over the white letters. When the truck was completed it still had the blue on most of the tires, and not even the tire shine I paid for. I also noticed surface dirt near the window seal on the rear window ans well as the door jams. I asked the attendant to please correct this to wit he stated he does not clean the tires, the dirt is in the paint and the truck is old, what do I want a new truck. I showed him how the dirt came off on my finger and not in the paint; I went to find the manager who very quickly directed his employee to clean the tires. The employee began yelling at me and we exchanged some very unpleasant words. I went back to the manager who then came over and cleaned off the surface dirt. At this car wash there typically is a ling wait but it used to be worth it because of the finished product, not anymore. A long wait, sub-par service and rude employees is not a good mix for this former customer.

In light of this being the only hand car wash in the area it gets a lot of business. However, I think the overall customer service experience is lacking. The car wash is part of a Shell Gas station run by a couple. The wife (I think shes the wife) handles the car wash and the husband handles the gas station. The husband is an angry looking man that barely speaks and never gives you your change in your hand. He prefers to throw it on the counter. Granted this could be a cultural thing, but it is perceived as rude by most. This past Saturday I went there and it took almost 2 hours to do a basic full service wash. My car was put to the side and left drying for quite awhile, when I asked the woman what was the problem she seemed annoyed. I ended up taking my car without getting it toweled off because I work during the week and I cannot spend my whole Saturday sitting at a car wash. I had errands to run. If there were another car wash in the area I would definitely avoid this one.

Couldnt even get passed a phone call with these people girl who picked up was so rude and nasty and barley understood English incapable of answering a simple question then when I ask the question again she hangs up on me all I wanted to know is if they could wash my work van you lost my biz before you even got it cant say anything about the service its self once you go there but from my experience over the phone I could only imagine the nightmare that must be I wouldnt put my self trough it

After spending $36.00 and not including tips..left there very disappointed...How do they scratch my 2015 CRV when its hand wash..then when i had pointed it out the man was so rude and said it was an old scratch..and that they get more expensive cars than mine and nothing happened..im like are you serious..had to hold my tongue and go make a claim with my insurance...wont go back..

Got all of the kids crumbs out of the car. Overall good. Only complaint: The intake worker was pushing up charges for various services before I could see the car wash menu of available packages and a la carte services available. One really had to choose before seeing options.

Ive tried different places, but this car wash is the one I like the most. I found this place about 2 years ago, and Im not taking my car anywhere else. I really recommend Mr Suds in Bay Shore

Good car wash if its not too busy.... if its busy try someplace else or come back later. They seemed to be rushed and dont such a good job when theres more than 10 cars in line.
