Larkfield Car Wash is under new ownership for the third time in the last few years. Finally, the new ownership GETS IT. I gave up on this place many times over the last 23 years since I lived in East Northport while previous folks ran it. Instead of focusing on the bad things over the years under previous ownership, I will focus on the new pleasant experiences. I noticed recently that Larkfield Car Wash was, yet again, under new ownership based on local advertising. I have most recently used a couple of places on Jericho Tpke. They were OK at best but had their problems also. It just seems nobody gives a damn and are just going through the motions. I decided to give the new Larkfield Car Wash one last shot. Im glad I did. What a professional run outfit for a change. My mother-in-law came over for lunch and this gave me a good excuse to disappear for awhile to get her car washed for her along with a few other chores. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted when leaving the car at the pre-wash vacuum area and ordered my chosen wash. I paid for my wash inside and was greeted by a friendly young lady behind the counter in there also while the car went through the actual car wash area. As I was waiting for my car to be finished outside by the eager post-wash crew, I kept a good eye on them. They did a thorough and proper post-wash and finish. After I brought the car home, I took a good look at the wash (both outside & inside), The car was spotless through out. It looked like it just left the showroom floor. I was so impressed with the quality car wash that I brought my wifes car in a couple hours later for a repeat performance and was not disappointed. Then a couple of hours later, I did the same for my car. Each time a professional quality service was performed by pleasant employees. As I was sunning myself outside on their bench waiting for the final car to be completed, the manager (A.J.) sat down next to me and struck up a conversation with me since he recognized that I was there for the third time today. He probably thought I was stalking someone in the place. LOL. He explained about the new ownership and business plan, etc and was asking me for some feedback. I told him that finally Larkfield Car Wash GOT IT RIGHT as I clearly noticed the vast improvements made. He was happy with my kind words and input and we even chatted for a few minutes after my car was completed. They retained a couple of holdover employees from the prior ownership but got rid of the dead wood--that is a good thing. Most of the previous employees just went through the motions. The current employees (mostly new faces) actually appeared to be into their work and some were even smiling--imagine that. LOL. I can finally recommend a local car wash to my friends and neighbors again. Keep up the quality, friendly & professional work and I will be happy to return many times in the future. A car wash is no longer a chore with these guys--it is again a civilized friendly experience. KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!! Hopefully, the old customers will give the new place a shot again like I did. If they do, they are in for a pleasant surprise.

My car is a wreck. Covered in dog hair, ashes, sand, and dirt. I havent had it cleaned in months. I decided to go to my local car wash which is now under new ownership. The experience was amazing. The reason for my visit, a clean car, exceeded my expectations. My car is spotless inside and out. And for $24!! And to top it off the staff was friendly upbeat and speedy. The manager was welcoming and truly invested in his team doing an outstanding job.

$18.00 for a car wash that i feel was not up to par. I always have to ask to use the guys rag to wipe obvious dirty spots on the inside. They also charge extra for washing mats. It used to be included in the price.

I took my 2016 Honda Pilot for a detail and interior carpet shampoo. They did a phenomenal job. The car was as clean as when I bought it. Also price was reasonable. Thank you A.J.
