I brought in my sons car to have the carpets shampooed because he made a pig sty out of it. The manager was courteous and understanding. First they put the car through the car wash to clean the exterior and the tires. Then they cleaned the mats, carpet underneath them and the plastic mats that were in the trunk. I waited in the air conditioned waiting room for the 2 hours tit took to complete the process. The cost was $65 but with my coupon, I paid $50. The man doing all the work more than deserved his tip. I highly recommend Personal Touch Car Wash. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

They are not only the best car wash I been to but also very honest, they fully covered damage to my rear wiper, twice, it was not totally their fault but never questioned anything and cared more about customer service. At my house we have 4 cars that we take here, all with the unlimited plan for many years. If you live in the area and are currently going to another car wash, its time you give them a try, great prices, great service and great people working there

The only hand wash part is pre rinse and if you choose the hand dry and detailing. The real washing is done by the state of the art modern and clean automated washing rotating poly based soft brushless "brushes" for lack of better nomenclature. These brushes do not leave swirls or lashed lines as seen in other brushless car washes. Great wash!

The best monthly program around..Staff is courteous, and you get all the "extras", yes, even tire shine, included in the prepaid unlimited wash program...Their equipment is up to date, clean and fresh..They move the line as quickly as possible. The worst car wash ever. I bring brand-new white car about five month old. I saw tons of un-removable black dots on roof and drivers side after super wash. Very disappointed!! Three dollars discount makes me probably more than hundreds dollars to remove this black dots. I do NOT recommend to go there.

I have a monthly membership which motivates me to keep car clean. I vacuum myself. However there are plenty of options; for waxing and interior cleaning and such. I love the membership option for $20.00 monthly its a no brainer!

Brought my car for a quick wash and wound up picking my jaw off the ground they did such a great job. I chose the Ultimate Package and they did not disappoint. Id highly recommend stopping in or making it a monthly habit.

This is a great place, they really take their time and spend a lot of attention on the inside. I also like that if I am in a rush they offer an express car wash for only $7 and I dont have to get out of my car.

Quick service and very reasonable price for the exterior only wash. The changing colorful lights as you move through the wash were pretty hilarious. If they added some music it would be just like a disco.

The unlimited washes a Month deal is great. I wash my car once a week now and if it rains or so on just go wash your car its unlimited exterior washes for $20 a month..!!!!

Horrible. They are no longer a hand car wash. I used to go there all the time, but now they no longer touch your car, instead they use all machines. Never going there again
