I came here today to switch my unlimited care wash another vehicle because I will no longer have that vehicle. They informed me I needed the bar code they placed inside the vehicle lol smh. Now if I said I no longer have the vehicle wouldnt their response be," lets see if there is another way to get it switched". No, instead the manager goes to let me know that the car is somewhere for me to go get the barcode, like what an idiot. I said then just cancel my membership, he said he also need the car idea to that and in order to cancel it without the barcode I will need to call my bank to have them stop the autopay... I called their corporate office and reported their behind and the lady is having IT cancel it.. They have definitely lost me indefinite... That manager will never go further than a manager because he obviously doesnt know how to resolve issues or know that customers are what get him.his paycheck.

Ive been getting my car wash here for about 2 months most time after my wash my car is still dirty but I never complained becuase for unlimited wash for $20 monthly I dont expect perfection but today after a car wash I got home n realized my hood of my car was damaged from the machine my car is black n the hood is scratch up horribly, I called n left a message n will be stopping by tomw to speak to manager Im very upset about this and will be cancelling my account....

Had car wash there for the first time manager very disrespectful servicemen also very disrespectful Im a $59.95 per month unlimited customer I can have my car washed at any Splash Car Wash in the state the manager refused to give me top service did not want to give me his name business card and was very disrespectful and brush me off just so he didnt have to give me the exterior service someone should really speak to him about his attitude and how he treats customers

began to wash my car here this year after moving to the area. The service has been quick and friendly. On my last visit I got an oil change and Bouba was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions - his customer service was superb. After completing my oil change which I had a coupon for they reset my oil light and showed me my oil level. What a value! I got an oil change and a hand car wash for less than Id spend for just the oil change anywhere else.

Went for oil change and they say I havent waited outside, very rude. Also said pump broken no service. Have been coming to oil change since I bought my car. Not coming any time again for any service.

I guess the car wash was okay, but the vacuums didnt work and I felt like I needed to take a shower after touching them. The vacuums were disgusting. Dont waste your money at this place.
