Your money can buy you better service and quality at another car wash. First of all, I paid extra to have the tires shined, that wasnt done. Second, I also paid to have the car vacuumed, the attendant claimed he did but, you couldnt even tell the before and after difference. Third, I asked the attendant if the tires were shined. He tells me that they werent. When I pointed out that I did ask him and paid extra for that service, he became upset and said that if I wanted a better job, I should have paid to have my car detailed. If he was upset at his staff for doing a half-assed job, he should have taken it out on them not a Customer. But, then again, the attendant himself also did a half-assed job at vacuuming. Poor customer service and poor work quality. I will definitely not bring any of my vehicles here again or my familys. And I will make it my business to tell my friends and aquaintances of my experience at this car wash.

The staff here are friendly and they do a good job, usually. Maybe it is just me, but the directions arent as obvious as Id like. I wanted to get an oil change but the directions all seemed to push me towards getting a car wash. The staff were helpful when they noticed I wasnt exactly sure where to go. We had some issues with detailing resulting in some damage to our dashboard. The staff were apologetic, but unable to resolve the issue and referred us to "corporate." I tried contacting them via their website and never heard back. We make sure to tell them to use mild cleaners since the damage was done previously and we dont want it to get any worse.

Needed an oil change, so today I stopped by and took a chance on Platinum after reading the reviews. This is absolutely the best service Ive received thus far. They made sure I was 100% knowledgeable on any issues, and catered to meet the expectations in which my Mazda required. A++ On their Customer Service skills, as it was quick and reliable. I also received two free car washes with my oil change. My Car is running smooth and also has a sparkling shine. Thankyou Very Much Guys!!

Their "Good" wash isnt what its advertised to be. Its advertised to include undercarriage wash and rust inhibitor. Unfortunately they do not do it. Undercarriage looks like it wasnt even touched after going through "Good" wash, lots of salt everywhere. The rest of the wash seems good. Ability to use free vacuums is nice. But I need to find a car wash that will clean the salt from underneath my car.

Went in for an oil change on my wifes car and found the best car wash ever! The oil change was as expected nicely done and very quick in and out and came with a free car wash. The car wash was outstanding. The guys at the front and back were great. I was completely impressed by the wheels and tires (which most car washes do poorly) The whole car looked hand detailed. Great job

$30 for a car wash.... car was still dirty.... they ripped my factory floor mat and didnt say anything... just left it there for me to find....I went there for years before the new owners and loved it... now seems like like the prices have gone up and the service has gone down...I wont be returning....Waterbury location..

Looking for an oil change on the weekend without an appointment. Platinum was the only place that took me. They even took me just before they closed. I was in and out in just about 20 minutes. I get reminder emails for future oil changes which really comes in handy. I wont go anywhere else for oil changes or car washes.

I have been to Platinum Car wash a few times for my oil change and find the staff to be quick, attentive and personable. The car wash is excellent. I have a dark metallic car that rarely comes out well at a car wash, here it looks like I had it detailed and waxed. Great value for both !

This place is the bomb, attendants do a great job, the monthly plan with vac is $40 a month they do a ton- rubber floor mats washed are $1 per piece not bad, quick they pay attention to detail, theyve even got free vacs if you want to do yourself.

More expensive than going to the smaller places but I love that I dont have to wait a long time or call ahead and that I dont have to get there before they open just for an oil change! The 2 free car wash vouchers makes it worthwhile!
