Went there for the second time. First was when I had a GroupOn and had my friends Newer Nissan Titan wash. That experience was great the woman behind the counter was informative and let me know how long it would be, seemed to be a tight running ship. That was a few months ago. This time I went no GroupOn but still opted for the $50 VIP wash figuring they deserved it and the service was worth it from last time. I was wrong. The attendant behind the counter litterally only said the price to me, he was engrossed in Cops on the television. I watched as two of the washers couldnt figure out how to shut the trunk of a BMW X5 so instead of telling the owner they just pulled it down so it looked like it was closed. (They needed to push the button on the trunk lid in some order) They never asked or informed the driver and he didnt notice because he was on his cell phone. I told him I didnt think they closed his trunk which he confirmed when his was was over and he had to open the trunk to then push the button to close it, but since they basicly forced it down it took him a few minutes to get it right. My daily driver car which is a much older Buick didnt receive close to the ammount of attention that the much nicer cars that paid for cheaper washes received. I didnt notice it while I was there but after leaving and getting lunch, in the heat of the parking lot ALL of my windows including my windshield became covered in fog and streak marks, I had to go back inside the restaurant to ask for a hand full of napkins while I spent 15 mins wiping down my windows so I could drive. The tire shine was streaky and inconsistent. Overall not even close to a value for the $50. If your going here, dont opt for the VIP. For now Ill take my business elsewhere.

The absolute worst. Piss poor management. No one is watching what the men are doing. I am the former owner of 2 car washes and I know what I am talking about. First off it takes way to long to vacuum and prep cars making the wait excruciating long. Morons bring the car into the tunnel that are too damned lazy to back the vehicles up one time to line them up with the track so they hop over the rails to get on. Came real close to bottoming out most cars and nearly tore the front hubcap off mine. Then the guys prepping the cars use the same dirty brooms/ brushes to prep the cars, car after car. Using dirty soapy water that is filthy and black! They never dip the brushes and they use the same brush to do your whole car. All they are doing is rubbing the sand and dirt into the finish of your car scratching it all to hell. You can see the resulting scratches across the hood of my car! Now when my car exited the wash today there were only 2 guys drying cars. It was kind of slow because the weather forecast predicted rain. They gave it a couple of half hearted, quick wipes with towels and cleaned 2 front door windows and then disappeared! They left my car soaking wet. The painted part of the wheel wells were still full of salt and dirt (not the inner wheel wells). That should have been cleaned by prep guns at the beginning of the wash. I have been to this wash many times in the past and I can tell you the service has gone steadily downhill. Today was the last time I will ever go there. If you value your automobile I recommend that you stay far away from that place. It needs some caring managers who give a damn and that know how to properly and safely clean a car!

i brought my new car, regular wash was $11 something and i paid $37 to get a better service: car wash, vacuum, mats washed, tire armor, interior and exterior cleaning... they didnt vacuum good , trunk is still full of dust, every door pocket is still full of dust and dirt, i never use my ashtray and there is dirt in it, and also the joining edges of the leather of car seats are full of dirt, and exterior of the car was cleaned bad also there is still lots of tree leaves around the edges of my windows, how could something can happen like that its not even machine wash its hand wash you can easily reach every corner of the exterior body by just aiming the power washers nozzle, there was a little glue residue from a sticker on my windshield, after wash its still there which could be removed by scraping couple seconds with the razor blade which already in their pocket. i will newer ever go this place again. and i am not recommending anyone to go good thing they can only cheat me once, not anymore beyond all that i show the guy that i was not satisfied wit some of the cleaning, and acted like its normal with this type of wash, i didnt want to argue i could go back show the owner or manager what they did, but i didnt, because i dont know what mad employees can do to my car.

Horrible Service! Today I experienced what I would consider the worst carwash from this establishment. I purchased the "Ritz" which retails for $29.99 which is the 2nd best carwash they offer. This "wash" was horrendous! The entire roof of my car - filthy...not spots of dirt...filthy as in untouched with soap/water/brush. The entire roof of my car suffered the same affliction. After payment I went back in and spoke to the nice woman behind the counter, she agreed that it was wrong and offered my next carwash for "free". After going back outside one of the employees proceeds to inform me that my car is dirt because it requires a detailing. This statement was and is untrue, my car is a 2014 ford with 8,000 miles on it and I purchased the Xlenolylol treatment from Ford. Dirt doesnt even stick to this car, cleaning it is 100% effortless. So at this point I explain the circumstances, the owner is nowhere to be found and as Im going back and forth with the employee, other patrons are expressing their unsatisfactory results as well. I returned the "free" car wash and asked for a full refund which was provided. The door jams - filthy Wheels and rims - spotty at BEST Lower quarter panels spotty at BEST The interior - UNTOUCHED and filthy.. Stay away from this place!

i have been to this place twice now the first time i went it was on overcast day and no one was there and i got a decent car wash and everything was cleaned inside and out. last week i went for the second time it was a nice day and there was a line, while i waited half an hour for my car to be finished (it sat in the parking lot untocuhed) while ever car the manager had to tell it guys 3 of them to reclean a ton of places on every car. when my car was done i get in and drive away, the only thing cleaned on the inside of my car was half my windshield and car vaccuumed they didnt even empty my trash can, wipe the dashborad or clean out my cup holders. i will neve go here again i am even going to rip up the last groupon i have for them its not worth it. go to the car wash of montauk
