I went to get my carwash and had 15 dollars in the arm rest and when I went to get it the money was gone. Two weeks later same thing happens to my husband THEY STOLE A BAG OF COINS from his car. A friend of mine always carries Cologne in his car stolen from his car also. Many incidents during the years. So I took the car over there and since it was really dirty with sand, and also the outside I decided to do the platinum service... to be honest I was waiting inside the entire time and never checked the car cuz I was in a rush... I asked to please clean the car under and also be aware of the sand which was REALLY obvious in the back of the car, After I pick up my friends the one sitting in the back told me that how the heck I just went to the car wash and all the sand stills in the back, I went right after she told me and it was closed already, this was 2 days ago and I felt that They were not ginna take me if I didnt return the same day! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I chise a service a little over $30 and they didnt even vacuum my car, I saw them blowing with air but assumed they had vacuumed already, I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Soooo wrong! So pissed! Hiw are they still open with that kind of service

I just came from this car wash that I have been frequenting for 14 years. A maniac, claiming he was the owner- Darren-was screaming at the employe2s and then accosted me due to confusion about tickets. Two other costumers were present for this incident. I would like to know who the real owner is. If anyone has information, please advise. I am reporting this very upsetting experience to the BBB and Channel 12 News. I like to give the real owner a chance to speak up.

I take my car to was I get their gold package and they leave the lower half of the car dirty I ask the manager to rectify the situation he gives me the biggest attitude in the world then rushes the car through the wash again now they leave the car dirty and wet and the manager disappears all of a sudden and no one can find him or call him on his phone terrible service never again

Horrible. Manager tells me "an hour is normal for a Saturday". Terrible customer service from the manager who kept arguing with me instead of trying to accommodate. Over an hour for a basic car wash and a manager yelling at me. Superwash on 110 much better. Ill drive the extra 10 minutes.

Excellent! Ive been to this car wash for 2 years, not 1 penny removed from vehicle. They find valuables, then put them on the seats for me to recover. Ive been to many car washes in the thirty years in Copiague, this one is the best!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!! Been to this car wash many times over the years because of the convenance of it being close to home but it has become a dump that is not upkept with the worst customer service!

Most terrible service we ever gad. $30 gold??? Vacuum 2min, full interior 5min. Same rug inside/outside. Exterior dirty, interior dirty. Unbelievable. Waste of money. Do not go there!
