I was there this past Sunday for a basic wash. I own a vehicle wrap shop and my car is wrapped. I just needed my vehicle washed as it was a bit dirty and I didnt have to time to go to my shop and clean it myself, as I was in the way to a family a event. I wanted the basic wash for $15 and the guy wanted to upsell me to the $25 service, I didnt want it because of the chemicals they use in the wrap. I was then told the car wouldnt make it through the pulley system because the the car is too low, but in reality, its factory height (2017 Dodge Charger Daytona). So they offered me a hand wash which I agreed for $30. All they did was hose the car off, spray a little bit of soap on the car, no actual washing. They then pulled the car under the awnings and by then the car was dry from the sun and the attendant took what looked like a dry rag with spray detaileron it and started to wipe the entire car down. The wheels were still filthy so I asked the manager, some taller white guy who didnt seem to care about my concern, and told the attendant to wipe the wheels again. They werent even washed, just wiped. I told him to just power wash the wheels, he insisted the attendant will wipe them clean with a rag. Im pissed at this point. I get back in my car and drive off, only to notice ALL of my windows had streaks on the inside. Mind you this is a brand new car. I hated every bit of the service that they provided, that I went and washed my car myself afterwards, wiped down the windows properly, and clean my wheels. What did I pay for again? Terrible service from one business owner in the same type of industry to another. The photo below is a huge streak mark left on the side window which was also on every single window.

ive been to this place NUMEROUS times and almost every time i say ill never come back but i keep returning and im not sure why. i will have to say, the owner is incredible - always very accommodating AFTER the fact. i have had about 4 encounters with the owner in the last year or so - which shouldnt even happen because my car should just be cleaned properly. i will never- ever recommend this place and i really do mean this time im never coming back. i wish i could post photos on here because i took some. i still had a napkin next to my seat, chip crumbs, and my cup holders werent even wiped down. absolutely RIDICULOUS.

I remember last summer when they so graciously accommodated me, even though I arrived at closing. I was in a panic because birds pooped (trying to keep it PG-13...) all over my sisters car that I was borrowing that day, and all the car washes on my way back to her house were closed. The owner saw my desperation, and saved me from having to deal with my sister ;) On top of that, he didnt accept any payment! The registers were closed for the day, but he could have easily accepted the money I offered -- after all, he did me a huge favor so I wasnt expecting change. Great experience, awesome owner. Absolutey recommend.

TRUST THE REVIEWS! Seeing Im now not the only one whos had a bad experience here, this place was TERRIBLE! Asked for the works and got bare minimum. Outside was was ok for the fact that I still have spots on my car. Then there was the interior. Guy talked me into getting the mats "shampooed". That was great but the floor sill has dirt and leaves under the mats on the floor! Never even vacuumed that out to which I decided to open the trunk, not even touched. I will NEVER go back here and if youve gone here before or your thinking of trying them out, you should go elsewhere.

This was my go to car wash... Was... The last three times Ive gone its gotten worse and worse. Today I figured Id pay the extra 7 dollars to get the exterior "extra" shine, bringing the total over 30 dollars... I pointed out some things they missed early in the "detail", then I figured Id let them do their thing. How are you going to say its done, with water spots all over it and dirty rims? Mind you I paid more for the "extra shine". At this point I was fed up, and accepted their crappy job... I will certainly not be going back.

This place is under new ownership and a new name... I just went in with a free car wash coupon I had and then new owner Tony did not honored it... Poor decision....! Instead of keeping, building and cultivating a clientele Mr Tony made it very easy for me to go somewhere else.... Normally I would bring my wife and my car here to wash.... NOT anymore!!!! Time to find a new Car Wash ...

The best car wash! Go check it out and bring your friends. The guys at H2O Detailed my mini van with TAN interior so WELL, I decided not to trade it in! It was like having a new van! I was so impressed I brought my black Nissan there which had tons of swirl marks. I dont know how they got all the swirl marks out but they did. Thank You!

Horrible detailing service! I had a full exterior dealing done and the car was returned full of dust with dried wax baked into the paint and swirl marks throughout the car. When I said something prior to leaving, the car was sprayed with an air hose to no effect. I had to remove all the dried wax myself after I got home.

When I got there the woman behind the register was having a conversation on her Bluetooth which was highly rude. And when I was finished I left them a nice tip only to discover that they stole the quarters I had in the cup holder. Never Again.

I got the Platinum wash never never again my truck is still drity . The guy says its because I have a truck? Like forreal ??? And the price I paid this truck should look like new . Well this will be the last time I come back here.... ;(

Soory cant give 0 star. New owner takes over and will not honor prepaid car wash tickets from prior owner. We had purchased a 10 pack of tickets for last 5 years. You lost a good customer today. Service for car wash i paid for sucked.

I arrived 10 min before they closed and I requested the platinum service . It was a rush job they just wanted to get done and so they could go home. It might be different at a different time but my experience was not good at all.

The place was nice. Had to go there to clean up adult vomit from the back seat. Cleaned it up real nice like it was never there. They even threw in a free car wash.
