Proffesional staff had me loving this place before they even did any work. I brought my subaru Impreza here and couldnt believe how awesome the touchless car wash came out. I take my car to be cleaned often and nothing was as effective as their car wash. Beyond impressed with my service & results. The BEST Part?? Prices were not like other places I have been to. Beyond fair & Id say you get your moneys worth & more. I was recommended to Q-Tipp by my neighbor after he brought his 79 Corvette in for a detail. If he let people touch, nontheless work on his car that he normally wouldnt let leave the garage, I knew I was going to a place I could trust!

Nice place, prices and location (near highway for fast drying). Didnt give 5 stars because it didnt remove several bird stains even after spraying Turtle Wax Bug and Tar remover prior to the wash. Also be careful drying the car with towels, the touchless wash does not fully remove all dirt. Edit: They upgraded the system and I am very impress with the overall result. They deserve the 5 stars now, and the owner/manager is very friendly as well. I would still advice against drying the car with a towel. Better off with air drying in the highway.

Seriously the best car wash Ive ever had. Ive been back once or twice a week since they opened. This is a touchless car wash but it cleans better than any car wash Ive ever been to including the ones where 6 dudes towel all the leftover dirt into your paint and call it "towel dry". Try it out, theyre on Watertown Ave in Waterbury.

By far the best car wash around. Im not from the area, but I luckily found Q-Tipp on my way home from Mohegan Sun. Im extremely particular about my car and I was shocked at how great the system cleaned my vehicle. I definitely will be bringing my car through Q-Tipp every time I head up anywhere near Waterbury!

Pretty good car wash, and even probably deserves 5 stars. I have been there twice and every time my front wheel rims are left dirty whereas the rear ones are sparkling clean. For this I have taken off one star. Im not sure what the problem is..it looks like as if the system skips the front wheels altogether.

Q-Tipp recently detailed my truck. They were extremely careful and meticulous. They brought the truck to a flawless finish. If anyone is looking for a professional detailer, weather or not you are getting an expensive exotic done or a daily driver; Q-Tipp Treatment is a no brainer.

I am very fickle about how my car is washed. I do not like brushes touching my car or anything that may scratch the paint. Touch-less is the way to go. I got my card and because Q-Tipp is 24hr, I can go whenever I want and have my car washed. Its a great service.

My car was filthy from the winter and in just 5 minutes it looked brand new. Im surprised how well it came out in such a short time! I didnt even have to get out of the car! Workers were respectful and very helpful. Best experience Ive had with a car wash.

Friendly management does excellent job on a dirty car doesnt scratch and it even dries the car to not usually do touchless carwash is dry cars does excellent job I would recommend them to anybody and the Waterbury Oakville Watertown area.
