This review just addresses the automated wash. They also have do it yourself coin operated bays that seem fine from a distance, but I have no experience with them. The automatic wash is just a run of the mill drag and thrash car wash. You sit in your car, an attendant sprays and scubs select portions of the vehicle and then off you go. It only takes a couple of minutes to travel the full length of the tunnel of suds. Its not that long. With the Premium $15 Wash all kinds of lights flash indicating that your getting stuff like undercarriage wash, wax and sealant. At the end of the trip a couple of attendants give your car a cursory wipe down. Its a decent enough job if youre not that fussy, but I expected more. Its just an exterior wash. No vacuuming, no dashboard wipedown, no interior window cleaning. If youre desperate to get the crud scrubbed off the exterior and in a hurry to get the job done, itll do...but there are better options. A three-star rating is generous, 2.5 is more accurate.

Doesnt become responsible when the machine falls on top of your vehicle protests in saying it was a Technical error and maybe a Mechanical error yet my car is scratched confirms that days before it was broken down twice on the same weekend there were no signs placed to warn it was under repairs People should stick to their word and pay for what their machine did or does I dont understand if you get an estimate why go thru so much hassle that was your requirement to get an estimate i did what you required me to do now i have a scratch car not cleaned at all waiting on your claim from the insurance company which they called this morning saying they will take one or two business days so far as i know Please People out there Beware of this car wash it used to be a great place now it went down hill I will update if I ever get my car scratches fixed

I had my car detailed and they did a great job. They even gave me a ride to my home so I wouldnt have to wait around while the job was being done. Pricing was commensurate with other places Ive had the detailing done.

The biggest crook in Torrington! It is their standard practice to overcharge your credit card by $20.75 and put you through hell to try to get it back.

Accepts Credit cards or change, self wash. Clean facility and trash cans. Also has dryer in bay to remove water! Highly recommend.
